Pressure reducing valve: If inlet pressure is high then according to setting, it decrease the pressure and provide the required reduced pressure in pipeline or system.
Pressure relief valve: It remove excessive pressure from pipeline or system for safety point of view.

Sir hmare pump house mai electric pump 1500 rpm par 10 kg pressure derha hai but Diesel pump same Rpm par 5-6 kg pressure derha hai aisa kyu???

Fire Main electric pump and Diesel pump capacity should be same because diesel pump is used as a standby pump in case of unavailability of electric power. Further technical reason should be checked as per technical documentation and practical condition.

Anti vortex plate remove turbulent flow or air in water or vortex in water. While Foot valve restain the water in suction pipe line of pump.
