Angelina certainly makes me feel good :-) The blast at the end is amazing, but there is such a beautiful build up and so many great things happening along the way. She plays with pauses, rhythm, tempo, timbre in a playful way that her singing dances around the orchestra in a beautiful waltz. I practice about every day for 30-60 minutes and go once every 2-3 weeks to my vocal coach and I have gotten a lot better. I’ll never get as good as her, but I am enjoying the heck out of it. Angelina was certainly born with a large gift but she is also working very hard to get better and better. Singing is training a bunch of muscles so it can be trained. Don’t worry about sounding not all that good at first: you are using parts of your register you do not use on a daily basis.

This was the song that convinced me that all the childishness had gone from her voice, and from that point on she had the inalienable right to be judged with all other professional singers. Just one piece of advice for you. Always play a video of Angelina until the end, as you will often miss some delightful moments if you cut it short. For instance, in this video, you missed Angelina's humble curtsey to the audience in appreciation of their applause. There are so many things I get from this performance. Some I recognised immediately and those I missed were brought to my attention by the more observant Angelina fans (her Angels) and I thank them for letting me know what I had missed. (1) The realisation that at the age of 10 Angelina has shed all childishness from her voice. (2) A feeling that the placement of the spotlight at the beginning of her performance was deliberate. If it was, then, to my mind, it was a brilliant move. (3) The fact that Angelina arranged this song and that the band kept out of the way and let her voice be the focus. (4) The incredible low note she sang for the word "good" at the beginning and end of the performance. (5) That wonderful crescendo at the end. This is a rock band of three sisters from Mexico. They are one of the hottest upcoming bands in the industry and I see Grammy's in their future not far off. To be another AJ, you would have to have a long neck, perfect pitch, grow up listening to all the jazz greats, have a family who supports you in every way, a supreme wish to be the greatest, work 3-4 hours singing every day for ten years, perfect every aspect of your craft, play the piano, guitar, flute and violin, be able to arrange a song to "make it your own," have no fear whatsoever in appearing in a crowd of 40,000 or on national TV, choose the right sound for every syllable, word and sentence, execute it perfectly, have a great sense of timing and of when to use "white" space, and a hundred other aspects. Then you need to win your national ...Got Talent show, have a backstory about why you will not perform with your shoes on, have a clever uncle who becomes your manager, appear on America's Got Talent - The Champions and win America's hearts, and on and on. And, sign with Republic Records when you are 14 years old. Some luck and lots of natural talent and hard work. And it's too late to start. But, the good news is that you get to listen to Angelina cover about 180 songs from 80 different artists, sing one of her five originals or 2 of the songs written for her to sing. And, who knows where she is going? Just enjoy!

The level that Angelina sings is not something that can be learned, she was born with it, she received a gift from God, but yes, you can practice and work on it so that you can learn to sing at a certain X level. I always say that people compare in football between Ronaldo and Messi that you can't compare a gift from God like Messi received and Ronaldo's hard work to be who he is, both of course need to maintain proper nutrition and a sports life but what Messi did and is doing on the field no one will ever do !!! 🦶🦶👑🗣🎙🎷
You mentioned you have a deep voice. Angelina has many different voices and if you react to her version of How Great thou art, you will hear her voice in a register that is not far from yours! The most amazing thing you've ever heard.
On another note, if you want to hear another outstanding artist group, The Warning should be also at the top of your list. This is a rock band of three sisters from Mexico. They are one of the hottest upcoming bands in the industry and I see Grammy's in their future not far off. They write all their own music and are so talented and young. A few suggestions are Choke, Evolve, and Black holes. I like performances in their warning cave for wonderful sound.

This version of how great though art is the most astounding thing I've ever seen from a young girl. It is known to be sung by Elvis, and Angelina sings it in the same key as Elvis just to give you an idea. I wouldn't be surprised if you cry.

To be another AJ, you would have to have a long neck, perfect pitch, grow up listening to all the jazz greats, have a family who supports you in every way, a supreme wish to be the greatest, work 3-4 hours singing every day for ten years, perfect every aspect of your craft, play the piano, guitar, flute and violin, be able to arrange a song to "make it your own," have no fear whatsoever in appearing in a crowd of 40,000 or on national TV, choose the right sound for every syllable, word and sentence, execute it perfectly, have a great sense of timing and of when to use "white" space, and a hundred other aspects. Then you need to win your national ...Got Talent show, have a backstory about why you will not perform with your shoes on, have a clever uncle who becomes your manager, appear on America's Got Talent - The Champions and win America's hearts, and on and on. And, sign with Republic Records when you are 14 years old. Some luck and lots of natural talent and hard work. And it's too late to start. But, the good news is that you get to listen to Angelina cover about 180 songs from 80 different artists, sing one of her five originals or 2 of the songs written for her to sing. And, who knows where she is going? Just enjoy!
