    This was everything - I will say however I was stuck FOREVER because my measurements are pt and in so I tried like 2 times before I realized why my spacing wasn’t working right lmao
    I’m so thankful for this ❤️❤️❤️

      yayyy! I'm so glad it helped! you can change points/pixels to inches by hitting Cmd/Ctrl+R and then right-click the open box where the rulers intersect up the upper-left-hand corner! 💛

    You are absolutely amazing! I wanted to make my own laser files and was 'a tiny bit' intimidated by Ai. But, my goodness, You have calmed my nerves! Your tutorials have helped me tremendously :) and I love all the Hot Keys. Thank you for your clear and thorough explanations - I am learning so much!

    It was a great explain from your side. Thank you so much
    Also if possible please add the final output of the design, I mean the the product that made by use this design to add in the end or the beginning of the video is most appropriateable and definitely will more effective ❤❤❤
    Once again thanks from Sri Lanka

    What is the difference between embed and link in the file location options? Can you explain it to all of us? Thank you.

    • @LoBoDesigns
      @LoBoDesigns  11 месяцев назад +1

      Embed will store the image inside the SVG. Link will store a placeholder for the image and also save a copy of the image separately for the SVG placeholder to link back to.

    great video, but i wasn't able to add the hearts to the name? is it from the font type or is there something i press to get the option? thanks in advance

    • @LoBoDesigns
      @LoBoDesigns  3 года назад +1

      thanks so much for watching! 🥳
      the hearts in this video are glyphs that are included with the Sophia Ronald font - in AI, you can access font glyphs by going into the Type menu and selecting the Glyphs option (or you can highlight a letter and the alternate options should pop up in a little preview window to select from).
      hope that helps! 💛

    hey i love the tutorial however, i want to make keychain offsets of an image which is image traced, because if we offset it directly the small pixels made by the image trace options shatter and makes a mess. so is there any way i can make outlines for that it would be helpfull💖

    • @LoBoDesigns
      @LoBoDesigns  6 месяцев назад

      Hi! You'll find the steps you want in the offset part of this tutorial!

    I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I do everything the same way you do but my letters still won't create one shape. after I hit command+F, it still recognizes them as separate letters. lol this tutorial is good but maybe its my computer idk...lol

    • @LoBoDesigns
      @LoBoDesigns  Год назад

      Sorry for the delay here! Cmd+F is the Paste in Front command. If you want to merge the letters into one shape, you'll use Pathfinder > Unite (unfortunately, there's no hotkey shortcut for this one).

    • @LoBoDesigns
      @LoBoDesigns  Год назад

      Sorry for the delayed reply! You'll want to use the "Glyphs" on the font for the hearts!
