The song choices are great! Keep practicing. Get comfortable with the songs and don't force your vocals. Stay in your range. Just let the music flow. It's not easy being a one man band. It's very difficult. I commend you. Stay the course. 👍
Back for round 2! You got a new sub from me. Question - do you use any effects, like compression, chorus or reverb? Or just plug right into the house system there? Sounds great
@@pikin2 Hey, Thanks for watching! I plug straight in.. I think I used a slight delay off the board on both the guitar and vox.. Eq in some low end on the guitar to get a little bass rumble in the room.. That’s it.. I always try to keep things simple, as I tend to forget to turn off pedals and stuff. Luckily there’s a high end PA at this place, so it’s just plug and play…
@MyDayOff appreciate the reply, and good to know! Having a nice house system makes it so much better, especially not lugging huge PA speakers. Great cover selection too - you had some not so obvious bangers in there. I'll be watching your vids going forward 🤘
Thanks! I love to dig deep on the tunes, still well known hits, just lesser played. There’s plenty of others playing the obvious beat to death stuff, I’d get bored quick doing that. I got a last minute call to play again last Friday night, I wasn’t as prepared to make a vid, but I managed to get a little footage. so I’ll it post soon.. 🤘🏻
You’re doing great work bother! Sounding good… definitely appreciate you posting your process
You played a lot of songs that I haven't heard in a long time. You were great Jessie!!!! Love you. ❤
Love it!
