They grow up fast. It's been since Trippy meet-up since I tuned in. The RV park looks amazing. I disperse camp usually. The stars were most brilliant in the middle of the Pacific Ocean on the equator. I want to climb that mountain in Ecuador to be even closer.
I wish I was closer I'd love to build a complete 360 Tour of The Park. Dang. haha, But something to look at for yalls place. ALSO, STARPARTY is amazing big deals with stargazers.
I actually looked at that listing last year also. Fantasizing about owning a campground but like you, there's no way I could afford it. Anyway, did you consider building instead of buying?
Oh we got this listing in 2021! Was it a different one? Also we totally relate…we had a TON of hoops to jump through and helpful connections to get a temporary loan on it. Definitely considered building instead of buying! It was easier to get a loan to buy an existing one VS build a new one when we’ve never built one before. Also the swan valley area has passed a law for no more new RV parks, so we couldn’t build one here, and this location is perfect for current and future. Now we’re grandfathered in to an area that won’t have anymore new ones too which is a plus!
@@TheJurgys I lived in that area up until a year ago and plan to move back within another year. Every time I drove through Swan Valley I could just see the $$$ along the highway in all the RV parks, cabins, etc. I wonder if you could keep the park running year round for winter activities or hunting...
@@brianvandy4002 we have plans we're working on for year round! And awesome look us up next time you're in the area! Ours is the only one not on the highway

Been watching from before this rv park. Do you all ever sleep lol. Im equally inspired and exhausted watching haha. Can we ride right from our site to the atv trails? Great job 👏
haha we definitely have taken on a lot this chapter in our lives 😮💨 but hopefully we'll get out of water soonish! And yes you can for some of the ATV trails! There is a small section of driving on the highway for one set of trails but we've done it a few times with no issues!
Hey Joe thanks for the input! If only building the campground didn't require all our money 😝 But we do appreciate the input and are always trying to provide value on this platform while also funding all the insane amount of work it's all requiring. Open to your thoughts of other ways to do this 🫶🏼
