I bought the saloon version of the EQS here in the UK towards the end of last year. The vehicle encountered a significant issue with the battery pack during fast DC charging. As the car was under warranty, Mercedes graciously offered a complete replacement of the battery pack, a process that extended over three months. During this period, they provided me with a brand-new EQS as a courtesy car. The car with its features and extended range with the typical Mercedes build quality is undoubtedly superb. However, without support from Mercedes dealership in Pakistan, investing in such a vehicle poses a considerable risk and a substantial inconvenience.
