This car is far more comfortable than the rugged Land Cruiser, Land cruiser is only for the one who want to do hard off road, but the majority of the population don't do off road. Simply not true, LC will last a life time and can go to any terrain with normal wear while GLS will be in a repair workshop most of the time after warranty and the owner will lose all value plus end up spending same on maintenance!

This car is selling as a hot cake in India in it's cost Rs.1.5 crores whereas land cruiser cost Rs.2.5crores in India it's a suv competing with q7,x7,xc90, it's lot more comfortable and practical from g class.
