  • Parties: God and the Hebrew people.
Stipulations: Exo 20 Obedience to the commandments
Blessings: Exo 19:5 Now if you obey me fully and keep my covenant, then out of all nations you will be my treasured possession. Although the whole earth is mine, 6 you will be for me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words you are to speak to the Israelites.”
for in the image of God has God made mankind.
Curses: The Mosaic Covenant does not have curses for violating the full covenant. Rather there are specific penalties for violating individual commandments.
Signs: Exo 31:13 “Say to the Israelites, ‘You must observe my Sabbaths. This will be a sign between me and you for the generations to come, so you may know that I am the Lord, who makes you holy.
    Return to Eden:
Moses: Moses was saved from the waters like the Ark saved others from the flood. Moses separates the waters, as God separates the waters from the dryland.
Covenant: God will make Israel a nation of priests - just as he made Adam and Eve his royal priests - in the image of God. The people make a golden calf and call it the image of God. But the people were meant to be the image of God.
Tabernacle: God gives Moses the plans for the Tabernacle, which mirror the structure of Eden - God at the center: Tree of Life represents the Holy of Holies; The Garden of Eden represents the Holy Place; The land of Eden represents the Temple’s Courtyard; The wilderness represents being outside of the community of Hebrews.
Pharoah: The Pharoah is compared to the serpent as both are defined as “shrewd,” (Exo 1:10, Gen 3:1). Pharoah saw the Hebrews were “exceedingly fruitful; they multiplied greatly, increased in numbers,” (Exo 1:7). This shows the Hebrews were living their Edenic blessing. Moses’ first miracle was related to snakes, harkening back to the serpent in the garden.

The Israelites were just a another tribe of Canaanites
Dr William Dever, an archaeologist normally associated with the more conservative end of Syro-Palestinian archaeology, has labeled the question of the historicity of Exodus “dead”.
*This has been verified by archeologists*
i.e. Mazur, Na'aman, Finkelstein, Faust and Dever
Israeli archaeologist Ze’ev Herzog provides his view on the historicity of the Exodus:[7]
*The Israelites never were in Egypt. They never came from abroad. This whole chain is broken. It is not a historical one. It is a later legendary reconstruction - made in the seventh century [BCE] - of a history that never happened*
Verifying Dr Dever is the Merneptah Stele
    Merneptah stele 1207BCE
The Egyptian army rolls through Canaan and the only Israelites they encounter are some people in the highlands that they scatter. No Israelite city states or cities. No great Israelite army to stop them. Just a people the Egyptians called Israel.
