    Artist's Statement:
This is a story of haenyeo (Korean women underwater divers) and of mulsum (holding one’s breath underwater). Mulsum represents a desire and temptation that could not be contained. This film reveals a tight knit community of haenyeos and explores their lives through 7 years of filming.
