I never see Ricky vocal appreciation in the comments, so l'II comment on it myself. His vocal tone is so pretty, smooth, full-sounding and super easy to distinguish from every else. He also has incredible vocal potential and a solid technical foundation to build on. I can tell wakeone also sees how special and beautiful his voice is because they seem to designate the bridges to him. So proud of him🤍🤍

@@lindamss4"4th from the last" basically puts him in the middle though so it's still hardly a bad placement. He also has quite a lot of presence on the title track, idk where he is in the line distribution there but he gets some very noticeable lines that work well with his voice
nkotb was basically a matthew song though so it's hardly like they're ignoring him, just using him where his vocal colour fits best

Gunwookie has more lines in others song. I know the reason make you feel Gunwook’s line is less that he just repeat only 1-2 sentences. I think overall album distribution are good.

That’s because in previous groups the gap between main vocal and others were usually larger whereas in zb1 Taerae is the best sure but Zhanghao and shanbin aren’t far off from him

I love Ji Woong, Han Bin and Tae Rae voice in this song, and I'm sorry but with the exception of the high note and adlib Hao isn't the best suited for this song or maybe the way he sing this somg isn't the best.
Also Gyuvin actually sounds really good in his part during the 2nd chorus.

their line distribution literally speaks a lot on their capabilities ( singing & rapping ) and the fact that their songs focuses a lot more on vocals, you don't have to be a genius to know that the better vocalist would have the most part 🤰🤰

@@mycrls Ricky has great vocals though... In fact a vocal coach ranked Ricky's vocal abilities higher than some of the other members who got more lines in this song. Apparently he has the most vocal potential because he is able to achieve the ideal mix (a balanced mixed register).

It looks like they're treating Hao, Hanbin, and Taerae like main vocals. They're treating Ricky and Matthew as lead vocalists. They're also giving Gunwook and Jiwoong lead vocal-like parts too.
Editing bc ppl can't read: they don't have official positions like "main vocal" (yet) and I'm hoping they keep it that way. Hence my *wording* it as they're treating certain members like [insert position].
They said p01 would be center for the debut. We don't know how they'll handle the rest of their comebacks BUT I can see them mostly keeping Hao and Hanbin as centers in choreography simply bc the producers or wakeone or whoever apparently love giving them the chorus parts lol and whoever sings/leads the chorus is typically in the center lol.
