I have just found you on line and really enjoying your teaching. Unfortunately the online sessions are in the dead of night here in Australia so I have ordered your book and MP3 Grateful thank you
Nice, we used to play a more heavy metal version in my old band Carolan's Hangover. Been on my to learn list for a while. Was one of the first tunes I learned on guitar. And I should probably finish learning the musical priest too. Thank you
I love this tune, and we played it at session last night. One of our session friends has a 4 part version, but it took long enough for everyone to get the 2 part. I like just the 2. Lol
Thank you so much for creating and publishing these videos. I picked up the Irish Flute during the Pandemic and I've enjoyed it immensely. Your tunes of the month has been a wonderful way to learn new tunes. I've also bought your new book "In Harmony". The book and audio files make it an incredible system for learning new tunes. Thank you for making it so accessible and easy for new players. Optimism is high indeed!
Hi, Tim. So glad to hear about your successes and with flute! This is such an awesome thing that you did during the pando. Wishing you continued joy with your music, and thanks for the note.
17th pre-LIKE and 120th pre-view... looky what popped up in Tuesday's Inbox - another choon for me to add to the 'gotta learn it' list. Not to be confused with another fun one (specially for box players?) "Old Apples In Winter" - which I already know. "Gee - thanks for piling on the homework, Teach!!" I mean, really.

yay! Can't wait to hear the heavy metal version sometime, Coach D.
one of my favorite tunes, thanks !!!
it's so pretty. Glad you like it, too, Eilam!
What a wonderful tune
It really is! There's also a four part version, which is fun. But it's rich enough with just the two.
I’ve always loved this tune ❤. So beautiful
Yes, It's got a really nice feel and vibe to it. Tasty!

the four-part version is also nice.. but it's pretty satisfying with just the two!
Great teaching
thanks for checking it out, Paddy!

Mandolin here. Thanks for the technique, will try later when roommates are awake. Singing in my head.
You are awesome to learn to sing it first. That's the way! And such a sweet tune for the Mando, too.
@@ShannonHeatonMusic feeling validated as I have always been an inveterate hummer
