The intelligence that comes out of this man’s mouth every time he speaks is inspiring. Not to mention he’s one of the five best actors in Hollywood. What a gifted human being
That wasn’t intelligence at all. The interviewer said . “How do you think race relations have come along in the last 8 years ?” His answer which totally does not have anything to do with the question was “look. Race relations are you the white guy and me the black guy talking because the president can’t make us get along .” The interviewer merely asked how race relations have come along since having the milestone of having a black president . Denzel didn’t answer the question. Next the interviewer realizes Denzel is trying to be a little defensive or not giving him the answer which satisfies the question. At this junction in time the interviewer plainly asks in light of the protests happening and organizations like Black Lives Matter , are they making race relations as a whole better or worse and what his purview is. Denzel again avoids a substantive answer and Goes on a tirade about how protest is a valid right in america for citizens to observe and provides zero insight into either of the questions he is asked , while posturing to seem wise and smart. Nothing he said was wise or smart and he was evasive . If what he just said strikes you as intelligent and profound , imagine what would happen if you met an actual smart person
He’s definitely an intellectual. So articulate and his words are very powerful. Political future? Man that would be pretty bad ass if Denzel was president.

That wasn’t intelligence at all.
The interviewer said .
“How do you think race relations have come along in the last 8 years ?”
His answer which totally does not have anything to do with the question was “look. Race relations are you the white guy and me the black guy talking because the president can’t make us get along .”
The interviewer merely asked how race relations have come along since having the milestone of having a black president .

Denzel is an incredible actor and an outstanding human being.
Fuck off, he dodged a simple question at the end and gave a politicians response to play it safe. He asked if BLM has helped race relations or not, and he waffled on about, “we live in America, we all have the right to express ourselves and that’s the great thing” he is scared of the mob just like everyone else.
You have my vote on that.
Danzel Washingtion is a class act.
He dodged those questions like a pro. He knows whatever he says will be used against him.
No dodge, just not what you want to hear. You're to twisted up to attempt an position. Possibly D had thought on the topic..
him being Black and all. 37 year marriage - he recognizes gold from goldplated.
@@ИгорьКратоссов you ain't seen much but you had to make a comment.
Especially the last question. But it had to be asked bc, fk man, look back at 2020. Indirectly led to endless loots, virus spread, instillation of fear in general
@@larryames8831 what are you even saying?
Yup
Enjoyed watching him skirt around the questions that are quite blatantly bait, good on you Denzel.
This is why his movies aren’t being as well promoted. He thinks as an informed man and doesn’t just follow the herd.
hollywood women dont like a strong male. period. strong, smart, man. like even less.
Also he's a Christian and Hollywood is satanic
Where do people get these absurd ideas like his films aren't promoted. Where is your evidence of that ? Why would they even hire him to be in a film and then not promote it when it's completed ? Most of these grandiose declarations by RUclipsrs aren't very well thought out or supported by any actual evidence of the claim And what did he say here that would indicate he isn't following the herd ?
@Guy Mambo So that makes him some kind of hero ? Most people don't divulge who they vote for.
Denzel will equalise everything, reporter looking for click bait, answers the reporter's question and straight to race...there's only 1 human race ....
Denzel clearly gets it. As a human and as an American. He just gets it. Period.
He didn't directly answer it because Hollywood and BLM would ruin his career if he spoke against their beliefs. Don't jeopardize your life over your beliefs.
King Genos Or maybe if people just didn't get all up in their feelings about every person who doesn't agree with them, and not assume that they're entitled to tell others how to express themselves, things like this wouldn't be a problem in the first place. Denzel understands that at his networth, none of this mess affects him and therefore refuses to play the victim card when he's sitting on multiple millions.....unlike many other celebs who shall not be named 🙄
@@CyrusRKO He's just trying to avoid a controversy. He's intelligent enough for that. And it's also not a matter of net worth. He knows that no matter how rich he is, he's still a black man in the western world. His children, nephews etc.. are also black. And for that reason only they can be easily targeted by the system.
@@natturner277 OMG! What planet are you from???
@@blairhunt1424 A planet where we finally destroyed the Western empire. A planet where the main narrative is not controlled by the Westerners. A planet where History has been rewritten and where Black people don't always have to prove themselves.
@S D Agreed
One of the best answers I've heard on this subject!
Incredibly well-spoken. The world needs more people like Denzel.
Sure, but people need to learn how to control their emotions, that´s much why there´s so much political violence in the world, especially from the leftist. "If you don´t agree with my feelings then you are a nazi/racist and you have to die" The leftists in a nutshell.
And a terribly sad thing is the way the Left has twisted everything. To call a black person 'well spoken' is now a racist thing. A complement has been twisted into an opposite new meaning. (ref teh presidential candidate who called Cory Booker 'well-spoken' early in the Dem primaries). The Left does this so they can continue to keep the fires burning. The 2 candidates acknowledged they were friends for many years, then one of them uses that phrase that is now 'forbidden', and Cory Booker has been so brainwashed that he no longer knows what is in his friend's heart, he can no longer knows his friend's content of character, he jumps on the racism bandwagon.
Denzel should be the spokesperson for all celebrities. He is just so damn cool.
Denzel has this type of speech where whatever he says sounds like it's the right thing.
He is a wise man. He has studied the world and the Bible. And he speaks only truth.
But in truth he was just avoiding the second question
@@socrates9237 Yes, it was very smooth.
@@MrTravisAl bro you trying to drop the bible on this as if to give credit to the church for denzels wise answers? Shut up...
He is very articulate and intelligent, there's a lot of people that could learn by listening to him .
Denzel Washington is awesome. Great actor. Wise man.
Yes sexy man!!!!!
Something about Denzel feels like you can just trust him.
A celebrity that appears to have some common sense
A celebrity. Why would you trust any celebrity. They make a living off of pretending to be other people and faking human emotions. Looking for trust in a celebrity is like looking for honesty in a politician.
@@jamesbenchley346 he’s for whatever the part calls for at the time.
"You can't legislate love"
No argument with that at all, Denzel Washington is fantastic.
Such a wonderful soul. Love this man...
