For those who don't think parents could be the killer in this case- 1) Aarushi was killed in her own room by thrashing her head. It gives away three clues- 1. The killer knew the insides of the house very well. 2. Aarushi knew the killer too or she would have at least screamed. 3. Either the killer had no killing intent towards her as a head injury doesn't guarantee death or the killer wanted to make sure she was dead by cutting her throat. 2) Why did the parents not hear a single thing when she was being thrashed? Even if we assume that the door was locked and the killer muffled her voice somehow, it doesn't really make sense for a stranger to enter their house without making any noise, thrash her and then place her body on her bed, cut her throat again and put toys beside her. The killer had no fear of getting caught by the parents. 3) The watchman didn't see anyone else going inside the building or Hemraj coming out of the building that day, which narrows down the no. of suspects. 4) The timing of parents getting to know about the crime in front of their maid is very odd. Nupur Talwar shouted Hemraj's name giving away that she saw him or atleast knew that he was home last night. 5) The way how many of the crucial medical reports got vanished and tampered in favour of parents is suspicious. 6) Hemraj being the killer is the least possible because if he really killed Aarushi, why would he go to the terrace to get killed, instead of fleeing? Lastly, a bizzare possiblilty of them being truly innocent is that Hemraj was forced to kill Aarushi by his or Talwar's enemy and then was called on terrace where he too got killed. But if it happened why no one saw this suspect or thought of this possibility since beginning? How did the killer get access to the terrace keys and after killing Hemraj, how he even locked the terrace? Edit: In conclusion, based on the points above I just think that the parents are the killers or at least involved in the murders with the help of someone else.

As a crime psychology student I found this case an example of negligence and laziness from the police's side. Even though I already know about this case, I still watched the video because the way you explained the case.
Due to lack of evidence its not easy to determine but some theories can be proved wrong. The theory that hemraj had his friends at the house is not clear. The watchman said that no one entered the building so where were his friends? If the hand print was taken immediately the case would not have been such a chaos. The theories are solely based in imagination. The cuts made were precise so yeah the parents are a suspect. However the phone of Aarushi was stolen so it might have something to do with the parents. Also that door that was closed was also weird like they were trying to by some time. Her parents are most eligible suspect for now.
Also her father was not helping police neither did he give them the keys to terrace and he also got the house cleaned in a hurry as if to erase any left evidence.

It's so horrifying. I remember I was in 5th class. This news literally traumatized me, my whole family was sitting and having dinner; as my father used to have the habit of watching news while eating. After watching this, I was not able to sleep that whole night. I can't imagine how someone be so messed up to kill their own daughter after struggling to have a baby for so long time. It still gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it. Mental health should be a normal thing in society.

Because they found the golf club. And the theory of the servant being there sounds more realistic. It was her birthday, and they gave her the camera a few hours before her birthday. They were at home, so i HIGHLY doubt he was at a party. I think this is just her own theory.

For those who don't think parents could be the killer in this case-
1) Aarushi was killed in her own room by thrashing her head. It gives away three clues- 1. The killer knew the insides of the house very well.
2. Aarushi knew the killer too or she would have at least screamed.
3. Either the killer had no killing intent towards her as a head injury doesn't guarantee death or the killer wanted to make sure she was dead by cutting her throat.
2) Why did the parents not hear a single thing when she was being thrashed? Even if we assume that the door was locked and the killer muffled her voice somehow, it doesn't really make sense for a stranger to enter their house without making any noise, thrash her and then place her body on her bed, cut her throat again and put toys beside her.
The killer had no fear of getting caught by the parents.
3) The watchman didn't see anyone else going inside the building or Hemraj coming out of the building that day, which narrows down the no. of suspects.
4) The timing of parents getting to know about the crime in front of their maid is very odd. Nupur Talwar shouted Hemraj's name giving away that she saw him or atleast knew that he was home last night.
5) The way how many of the crucial medical reports got vanished and tampered in favour of parents is suspicious.
6) Hemraj being the killer is the least possible because if he really killed Aarushi, why would he go to the terrace to get killed, instead of fleeing?
Lastly, a bizzare possiblilty of them being truly innocent is that Hemraj was forced to kill Aarushi by his or Talwar's enemy and then was called on terrace where he too got killed. But if it happened why no one saw this suspect or thought of this possibility since beginning? How did the killer get access to the terrace keys and after killing Hemraj, how he even locked the terrace?
Edit: In conclusion, based on the points above I just think that the parents are the killers or at least involved in the murders with the help of someone else.

As a crime psychology student I found this case an example of negligence and laziness from the police's side. Even though I already know about this case, I still watched the video because the way you explained the case.

The theory that hemraj had his friends at the house is not clear. The watchman said that no one entered the building so where were his friends?
If the hand print was taken immediately the case would not have been such a chaos.
The theories are solely based in imagination.
The cuts made were precise so yeah the parents are a suspect. However the phone of Aarushi was stolen so it might have something to do with the parents.
Also that door that was closed was also weird like they were trying to by some time.
Her parents are most eligible suspect for now.
Also her father was not helping police neither did he give them the keys to terrace and he also got the house cleaned in a hurry as if to erase any left evidence.

Not only for algorithm purpose, but this case- which I have been hearing/reading in news since my childhood- was my most demanded case I wanted to know in details. On RUclips there are no such descriptive videos, and you did that. This was amazingly narrated, waiting for Part 2 intently.

They are not in court record, and as such mere rumours, like one police officer calling to influence aarushi's post mortem report. In fact, in high court, the doctor who deposed for CBI, was rebuked by high court for spreading scandal against the child girl, ie, whatever h said in trial court, was contrary to his own Post mortem report.

And if those evidences are so strong, then why did not the CBI mention in high court? In high court, all of CBI's manipulations, tricks, fakings got exposed completely, and even the lower court judge was not spared of criticism.

So, just because this guy says something on youtube, doesn't mean it's true. He has mentioned many things, which have been PROVEN to be false in high court. So his video is prejudiced, biased and false.
and the CBI did plant a false witness named Sanjay Chauhan, who claimed to have seen blood on the stairs, on 16th may morning. But no other witness saw blood on 16th. The blood was seen on 17th may, after Hemraj's dead body was dragged down the stairs by the police.

So, the court asked, where do you stay? he said, Noida sector 3. From Sector 3 to Jalvayu Vihar is 28 KM. Next question, what were you doing on the morning of 16th may, in jalvayu Vihar? he replied, I was out on morning walk. So the court asked, do you walk 28+28=56 km every day? No answer. So the high court called him a planted witness, brought only for saying he saw blood in the staircase on 16th morning. So, the court rejected his evidence, and it became evident that there was no blood seen in stairs on 16th morning.
on 17th, it became clear that hemraj had been killed in the terrace. But the CBI wanted to change the facts ex facto. ie. after they had happened. So this entire plot of planting fake witness, asking doctor to change his evidence and asking local police to say that aarushi's room was dressed up.

They also hid the fact that a) Krishna had confessed to murdering hemraj and b)The noise test by CBI team shows any noise from aarushi's room cannot be heard from her parent's room.

Because they found the golf club. And the theory of the servant being there sounds more realistic. It was her birthday, and they gave her the camera a few hours before her birthday. They were at home, so i HIGHLY doubt he was at a party. I think this is just her own theory.
