There might be something much bigger at play than a simple family issue. Maybe arushi's parents were running some sort of a racket, and arushi was just another victim for them. I know its horrific, but this is just a theory and we have to think about everyone possible. And if my theory is true, the parents are still looming large in the open, preying for their next victim.
I like how you mentioned “Arushi Talwar and Hemraj case” I feel like everyone only talks about how Arushi did not get justice since the case was unsolved but hemraj was also brutally Murdered and he deserves as much justice as Arushi does. well i think you are looking at it wrong, I think definitely think that her parents did it and if possible scan some one add sub to this so i can share these vidoe's on RBI subreddit first thing first why she was even born? well i dont think anyone going to point out but i think it was a norm in india that all the parents want a kid, boy to be exict so when they grow old they can they boy can be stay at their place and help them out because girls always leave home after getting married so matter how rich you are you can keep her forever she gonna leave, it the same thing for guys but i think parents always have that sense that he will come no matter how many days it take, so that way they both want a boy and they went as far as to get a test tube baby. and it turn out to be a girl... and since it's so expensive i dont think had want to try again since it take time to determine the sex of child even in test tube. (it was 2008 people wasnt that open minded) so they want a boy(come on dude I'm not being a sexist here, just looking at it from a different angle) so she was born well they DID loved her and took care of her but like he said in the first video as you can see she didnt care about her look as much because i think her mom and dad never cared (Ya they did buy her gifts but i think it usually stuff that she want like toys and some generic stuff) so i think they was a underlying disappoint from her parents did for her so i think that the set up for her parents, as for her i think its hard to pin point but teenager arent that hard to figure out so she was 13-14, she had lots of free time unsupervised, she even locked her door at night and she stay up late to chat with her friends, and the most important part is that she had internet in 2008, since it wasnt that fast i think she could only text and stuff nothing hard core like these days with discord and stuff. we have a independent teenage daughter of 2 well recognized Doctors in their field and work place and i think like all parents they want they child to be good just in general dont have to academic excellent but be a good kid in general so they reputation in society doesn't ruin. and at the age of 13-14 kid are curious and in one of the report they said they found some other girl DNA in her underwear which they later said was wrong (i think they bribed the forensic lab because it might ruin their image as much as rape would've, plus its a really weird thing for even forensic lab to say that because it uncommon and rare so I believe it might be true) so here what I think what happened, there are few scenario here but all lead up to her mom and dad finding out and killing her and i think the servant was just in cross fire and they had kill him just because he was present in the house. she was in her bed texting her boyfriend or girlfriend i think(still think its a girl) her mom came in the bedroom to reset the router, saw he extremely happy (maybe because she had sex with the her girlfriend or boyfriend(which is not a bad thing btw Im not blaming her) that day and it only take one bad day to your parents to doubt you that you aren't up to any good on your phone) so after reseting the wifi she leave her room and come back again ask her to show her phone and maybe she snitched her out of her hand she saw her text and nudes because simple flirty text might not outraged her parents it have to have information about her sexual life and that she had intercourse with a girl they both get mad and her mom hit her! head or her had. and the blood clot killed her within minutes they both freaked out, the servent come running in saw what happened he panicked they hit him too(no they didnt killed him in his sleep because i think her death happened within minutes and they both panicked they didnt had time to plan that out plus they both were doctors and smart so they knew they have to set it up to save their ass's) so they killed him too now i think in that time they realised what they have done (again few thing doesn't make sense here but i try to out them together) texts revealed that she had sex before or on that day so her mom and dad cleaned her privates because to get ride of any kind of DNA so their reputation wont be ruined and dressed her in clothes and now the interesting part i think here they got confused i think they thought about blaming everything on the servant but they realised he was dead too, so i think they think about turning it in serial murder that way they slit both their throat, exact same way but i think something happened and they thought out dumping it on roof and get to clean up the house, as you can see where her dead body lay they slit throat wasnt out of hate if it was hate it would be stabbing wound but I think her parents saw way too may true crime and they toys around her was kind of an apology.
Facts to be noted 1. Hemraj was killed in a messy way after lured or forced to come on stairs leading to blood on hand of killer but the blood prints were not washed but killer. 2. Killer has medical knowledge. 3. Arushi was sexually active, washing her with alcohol is more seen like killer trying to clean his dna and other evidence from arushi body. 4. No sign of wounds were reported in arushi autopsy indicating forceful intercorse. We can assume she assume she either corporated or was threatened by attacker to silence. 5. Arushi murder was less messier than hemraj, meaning not a lot of noise was made during murder. 6. Arushi room Locks can open from arushi room , so it could be that arushi opened it when someone knock needing no keys. 6. Parents behavior can be seen suspicious but what can you assume from someone who find there daughter murdered in bed.people react differently when in grief. 7. Police done a botched up job at every step of case. 8. No physical evidence is collected by police. 9. Talwar parents pass all test thrown at them. 10. Chowkidar said nobady gone in building after 10 . How can not know if friends of hemraj were in building and didnot came out from the front door. Of course, Nupur and Rajesh are lying. First, she said she couldn't hear anything because of the AC in her room and Aarushi's room when Aarushi was murdered. But the very next morning, she heard the doorbell and opened the door. How could she hear it then if she claimed they couldn't hear anything due to the AC? Let's assume some people wake up early, but that wasn't the case here. According to Nupur and Bharti, Hemraj always opened the door because the Talwar couple usually slept in. This means they didn't have the habit of waking up early. When the murder happened, both Nupur and Rajesh were awake, according to Bharti. This clearly indicates they were waiting for Bharti to come so they could blame Hemraj, who was missing. Also, Arushi s s private parts were washed and she was dressed-why would a killer do that after murdering her? The Aarushi Talwar murder case was initially straightforward, but the police and CBI's negligence complicated the investigation. In a case similar to America's Mandy Stavik, it took nearly 30 years to solve, and the murderer and rapist was found to be her neighbor. However, police negligence also made the case more complicated.
I am saying this everywhere- That chowkidar must be careless as I have seen this in many societies he may have not seen the outsider coming/going don’t trust him I think Cbi should have checked nearby Cctvs and questioned people who were near society area that night
Also, no one is talking about the call they gave to Hemraj and the call was cut seconds after picking up and at that time Hemraj’s phone was in the building. The keys that Nupur Talwar took with her in the room was found outside hanging Initially, Bharti wasn’t able to open the door by pushing it but while Nupur Talwar was throwing the key she told Bharti to come up again and check if the door could be opened by pushing which later was opened without a key and just pushing… which means that while bharti was going downstairs to take the key Nupur have done something with the door or might have escaped someone during that time… There mobile phones were never tracked Might have been possible that Rajesh Talwar the father was sexually involved with his own daughter and Nurpur knew this but when Hemraj found out they killed both to make turn the case. Or it could be possible that Nupur never knew about the sexual activities going in between Arushi and Rajesh in which Hemraj might have been involved and he could have demanded something or blackmailed Rajesh to tell Nupur Talwar after which he killed both. Or Nupur might also have known about it and they called Krishna to kill Hemraj and Arushi might have seen it and they killed her too. Might be possible that Krishna was made to escape that morning when Bharti came. Also, the lie detector and other narcotics test were cleared by them because both of them were doctora and knew how and what measures could be taken to control their body. Also, chowkidar could have been asleep or they would have paid him to change the statements too. Whatever happened the loss and destruction has been done. Two people one a teen age girl and the other a person working hard for his family was killed. Many other lives were destroyed. May this case gets solved one day and whoever are the killers must get their punishment properly.

It is absolutely possible that Hemraj might have called the watchman that night or the watchman himself might have come there and both of them might have gone to the terrace and there he might have first killed Hemraj and then came down and killed Arushi and one more important thing, the watchman. In place of someone else, there could be someone else, a neighbor or someone from the society. And it would not have been a big deal for the watchman to make keys for the locks of the house and then how can we forget that maid, it would not have been a big deal for her to get the keys, she might also have been included in it. Tell me one thing, just as a key can be thrown from top to bottom, it can also be thrown from bottom to top. Maybe the watchman was involved in this, he first killed Hemraj, then Aarushi, and after locking him from outside, he gave the key to Rajesh from the balcony. And there is also a strong possibility that someone from that building is the murderer, and if the watchman is telling the truth that no one went in or came out of the building that night, then this suspicion becomes stronger, the key You might have slipped it under the door, or thrown it from your balcony to theirs, or brought it inside in some other way.

Imagine करो आप एक flat मे पिछले छ महीने से रह रहे हो, तो जाहिर सी बात है कि आपके वहां के चौकीदार अच्छी दोस्ती हो जाएगी । एसा बिल्कुल possible है कि उस रात हेमराज ने चौकीदार को बुलाया हो या फिर खुद वो चौकीदार वहां आया हो और ये दोने छत पर गए हों और वहां उसने पहले हेमराज को मारा हो और फिर नीचे आकर Arushi को मारा और एक और important बात , चौकीदार की जगह कोई और व्यक्ति भी हो सकता है, कोई पडोसी या society आस पास का कोई व्यक्ति । और चौकीदार के लिए घर के तालों की चाबियां बनवाना कोई बडी बात नही रही होगी और फिर हम उस नौकरानी को कैसे भूल सकते हैं, उसके लिए चाबी हासिल करना कोई बडी बात नही रही होगी वह भी इसमे मिली हो सकती है । एक बात बताओ, जिस तरह चाबी को ऊपर से नीचे फेंका जा सकता है , उसी तरह नीचे से ऊपर भी फेंका जा सकता है। हो सकता है चौकीदार इसमे मिला हो, उसने पहले हेमराज को मारा, फिर आरुषि को, और बाहर से Lock कर के चाबी balcony से Rajesh को दे दी । और इस बात की भी बहुत संभावना है कि उस Building का कोई व्यक्ति ही कातिल हो, और अगर चौकीदार सच बोल रहा है कि उस रात न कोई Building से अंदर गया और न बाहर आया ,तो यह शक और मजबूत हो जाता है , चाबी को दरवाजे के नीचे से सरका दिया होगा, य अपनी balcony से उनकी balcony मे फेंक दी होगी, या किसी अन्य तरीके से अंदर पहुंचा दी होगी । जो व्यक्ति Camera Deliever करने आया , उसके बारे मे कुछ क्यों नही बताया गया किसी report मे ?

Police did the initial investigation very well and they came up to the narrative that talwars killed arushi and hemraj, i clearly remember this is what I saw in news , the interview taken of ghaziabad police, after CBI came and then they manhandled the case , never in India CBI is able to solve any case, arushi was sexually active and her private parts were cleaned by some kind of chemical, why would an outside killer or rapist will take so much of pain, arushis uncle is a high profile doctor of AIIMS ,and after few years i have heard in news that all the samples of this case are missing. Talwars white washed the whole house after sometime.
my suspicion goes to her parents. They acted out so weird in handling the situation from the starting. Also, they were the ones who trusted Hemraj so much as to allow him to live in the same house as their teenage daughter yet blamed him as soon as that happened. isn't it weird?

Police never tried to investigate this case by talking to aarushi's friends with whom she used to chat. Maybe she told them something we didn't know, this could be anything about how her parents were with her lately or whatever. Maybe we can get some evidence from her friends or her friend Anmol who called her that day and even texted her too.

For argument sake, even if we assume Krishna and co murdered Aarushi and Hemraj and Nupur is innocent - won't she have the lifelong guilt that her carelessness with the keys got her own daughter murdered .. If keys were secure - Krishna & co wouldn't have been even able to reach anywhere near Aarushi - Has any one seen she expressing guilt any where anytime ?

Tbh after watching all this i can came to conclusion that there are 2 possibilities, 1. Hemraj use to sexually abuse or he had sexual relationship with the daughter and when the parents found out they killed both of them in anger. 2. Maybe Hemraj was trying to kill or killed the daughter and in that the parents killed Hemraj as a revenge, and maybe they are afraid that police will arrest them for killing Hemraj. But still one thing which is really weird is that second DNA, I mean if that was her mom why she did that??? That's the most critical point
The most weird thing in this case was that Talwars' daughter was murdered, so If the parents are not the killers... why didn't they take the investigation further....? Why weren't any actions taken by the parents to find the culprit and get their daughter proper justice?

As a mother of teenage daughter, I can say that keeping a full-time male servant at your home should be a strict no. And who gives so much liberty to a servant who can call his friends at your home and drink alcohol? Hemraj was a family man, would he risk his job to entertain his friends at his employer's home, I doubt. It might be possible that Rajesh Talvar had heated argument with Hemraj over some issue and he was beating him. Arushi might have tried to intervene, accidently Rajesh hit her and she died. He then got more angry at Hemraj and killed him. It is not necessary that it was a planned murder with any motive, it could be an accident. If parents didn't kill, then why are they not fighting to give justice to their only daughter? Finding her murderer should have been their only purpose to live after losing her in such a unfortunate way.
It can be accidental also parents will definitely regret and feel guilty then what's the point of finding murderer if they are only murderer who accidently murdered their child this is just theory there are lots of theories regarding this

I m 100% convinced parents are culprits. After finding in the morning their daughter is being murdered any father will go at the servant room straight away to find his belongings or evidence. Mr. Talwar neither searched nor let police go to the upstairs. Police only had access for terrace when Talwar’s not in the house. They never pushed CBI OR POLICE for speedy resolvement of this case.

first thing first why she was even born? well i dont think anyone going to point out but i think it was a norm in india that all the parents want a kid, boy to be exict so when they grow old they can they boy can be stay at their place and help them out because girls always leave home after getting married so matter how rich you are you can keep her forever she gonna leave, it the same thing for guys but i think parents always have that sense that he will come no matter how many days it take, so that way they both want a boy and they went as far as to get a test tube baby. and it turn out to be a girl... and since it's so expensive i dont think had want to try again since it take time to determine the sex of child even in test tube. (it was 2008 people wasnt that open minded)

so she was 13-14, she had lots of free time unsupervised, she even locked her door at night and she stay up late to chat with her friends, and the most important part is that she had internet in 2008, since it wasnt that fast i think she could only text and stuff nothing hard core like these days with discord and stuff.
we have a independent teenage daughter of 2 well recognized Doctors in their field and work place and i think like all parents they want they child to be good just in general dont have to academic excellent but be a good kid in general so they reputation in society doesn't ruin. and at the age of 13-14 kid are curious and in one of the report they said they found some other girl DNA in her underwear which they later said was wrong (i think they bribed the forensic lab because it might ruin their image as much as rape would've, plus its a really weird thing for even forensic lab to say that because it uncommon and rare so I believe it might be true)
so here what I think what happened, there are few scenario here but all lead up to her mom and dad finding out and killing her and i think the servant was just in cross fire and they had kill him just because he was present in the house.
she was in her bed texting her boyfriend or girlfriend i think(still think its a girl) her mom came in the bedroom to reset the router, saw he extremely happy (maybe because she had sex with the her girlfriend or boyfriend(which is not a bad thing btw Im not blaming her) that day and it only take one bad day to your parents to doubt you that you aren't up to any good on your phone) so after reseting the wifi she leave her room and come back again ask her to show her phone and maybe she snitched her out of her hand she saw her text and nudes because simple flirty text might not outraged her parents it have to have information about her sexual life and that she had intercourse with a girl they both get mad and her mom hit her! head or her had. and the blood clot killed her within minutes they both freaked out, the servent come running in saw what happened he panicked they hit him too(no they didnt killed him in his sleep because i think her death happened within minutes and they both panicked they didnt had time to plan that out plus they both were doctors and smart so they knew they have to set it up to save their ass's)
so they killed him too
now i think in that time they realised what they have done (again few thing doesn't make sense here but i try to out them together) texts revealed that she had sex before or on that day so her mom and dad cleaned her privates because to get ride of any kind of DNA so their reputation wont be ruined and dressed her in clothes
and now the interesting part i think here they got confused i think they thought about blaming everything on the servant but they realised he was dead too, so i think they think about turning it in serial murder that way they slit both their throat, exact same way but i think something happened and they thought out dumping it on roof and get to clean up the house, as you can see where her dead body lay they slit throat wasnt out of hate if it was hate it would be stabbing wound but I think her parents saw way too may true crime and they toys around her was kind of an apology.

1. Hemraj was killed in a messy way after lured or forced to come on stairs leading to blood on hand of killer but the blood prints were not washed but killer.
2. Killer has medical knowledge.
3. Arushi was sexually active, washing her with alcohol is more seen like killer trying to clean his dna and other evidence from arushi body.
4. No sign of wounds were reported in arushi autopsy indicating forceful intercorse. We can assume she assume she either corporated or was threatened by attacker to silence.
5. Arushi murder was less messier than hemraj, meaning not a lot of noise was made during murder.
6. Arushi room Locks can open from arushi room , so it could be that arushi opened it when someone knock needing no keys.
6. Parents behavior can be seen suspicious but what can you assume from someone who find there daughter murdered in bed.people react differently when in grief.
7. Police done a botched up job at every step of case.
8. No physical evidence is collected by police.
9. Talwar parents pass all test thrown at them.
10. Chowkidar said nobady gone in building after 10 . How can not know if friends of hemraj were in building and didnot came out from the front door.

Of course, Nupur and Rajesh are lying. First, she said she couldn't hear anything because of the AC in her room and Aarushi's room when Aarushi was murdered. But the very next morning, she heard the doorbell and opened the door. How could she hear it then if she claimed they couldn't hear anything due to the AC?
Let's assume some people wake up early, but that wasn't the case here. According to Nupur and Bharti, Hemraj always opened the door because the Talwar couple usually slept in. This means they didn't have the habit of waking up early. When the murder happened, both Nupur and Rajesh were awake, according to Bharti. This clearly indicates they were waiting for Bharti to come so they could blame Hemraj, who was missing.
Also, Arushi s s private parts were washed and she was dressed-why would a killer do that after murdering her?
The Aarushi Talwar murder case was initially straightforward, but the police and CBI's negligence complicated the investigation.
In a case similar to America's Mandy Stavik, it took nearly 30 years to solve, and the murderer and rapist was found to be her neighbor. However, police negligence also made the case more complicated.

Also, no one is talking about the call they gave to Hemraj and the call was cut seconds after picking up and at that time Hemraj’s phone was in the building.
The keys that Nupur Talwar took with her in the room was found outside hanging
Initially, Bharti wasn’t able to open the door by pushing it but while Nupur Talwar was throwing the key she told Bharti to come up again and check if the door could be opened by pushing which later was opened without a key and just pushing… which means that while bharti was going downstairs to take the key Nupur have done something with the door or might have escaped someone during that time…
There mobile phones were never tracked
Might have been possible that Rajesh Talwar the father was sexually involved with his own daughter and Nurpur knew this but when Hemraj found out they killed both to make turn the case. Or it could be possible that Nupur never knew about the sexual activities going in between Arushi and Rajesh in which Hemraj might have been involved and he could have demanded something or blackmailed Rajesh to tell Nupur Talwar after which he killed both. Or Nupur might also have known about it and they called Krishna to kill Hemraj and Arushi might have seen it and they killed her too. Might be possible that Krishna was made to escape that morning when Bharti came.
Also, the lie detector and other narcotics test were cleared by them because both of them were doctora and knew how and what measures could be taken to control their body.
Also, chowkidar could have been asleep or they would have paid him to change the statements too.
Whatever happened the loss and destruction has been done. Two people one a teen age girl and the other a person working hard for his family was killed. Many other lives were destroyed. May this case gets solved one day and whoever are the killers must get their punishment properly.

The murderer might have come, both of them might have gone to the terrace on the pretext of having a cigarette or drinking alcohol. There he might have killed the servant and after coming down he might have killed the girl also.

आरूषी को दूसरे व्यक्ति ने मारा।
नौकर की मौत छत पर हुई थी । एसा हो सकता है कि नौकर कातिल को जानता हो । कातिल आया हो, वो दोनो cigarette या दारू पीने के बहाने छत पर गए हों । वहां उसने नौकर को मारा हो और नीचे दूसरे वाले ने लडकी को भी मार दिया हो ।
वो दो चौकीदार जो shift बदलकर काम करते थे उनके बारे मे CBI क्या सोचती है, क्या उनकी जांच हुई ?
Imagine करो आप एक flat मे पिछले छ महीने से रह रहे हो, तो जाहिर सी बात है कि आपके वहां के चौकीदार अच्छी दोस्ती हो जाएगी । एसा बिल्कुल possible है कि उस रात हेमराज ने चौकीदार को बुलाया हो या फिर खुद वो चौकीदार वहां आया हो और ये दोने छत पर गए हों और वहां उसने पहले हेमराज को मारा हो और फिर नीचे आकर Arushi को मारा और एक और important बात , चौकीदार की जगह कोई और व्यक्ति भी हो सकता है, कोई पडोसी या society आस पास का कोई व्यक्ति ।
और चौकीदार के लिए घर के तालों की चाबियां बनवाना कोई बडी बात नही रही होगी और फिर हम उस नौकरानी को कैसे भूल सकते हैं, उसके लिए चाबी हासिल करना कोई बडी बात नही रही होगी वह भी इसमे मिली हो सकती है ।
एक बात बताओ, जिस तरह चाबी को ऊपर से नीचे फेंका जा सकता है , उसी तरह नीचे से ऊपर भी फेंका जा सकता है।
हो सकता है चौकीदार इसमे मिला हो, उसने पहले हेमराज को मारा, फिर आरुषि को, और बाहर से Lock कर के चाबी balcony से Rajesh को दे दी ।
और इस बात की भी बहुत संभावना है कि उस Building का कोई व्यक्ति ही कातिल हो, और अगर चौकीदार सच बोल रहा है कि उस रात न कोई Building से अंदर गया और न बाहर आया ,तो यह शक और मजबूत हो जाता है , चाबी को दरवाजे के नीचे से सरका दिया होगा, य अपनी balcony से उनकी balcony मे फेंक दी होगी, या किसी अन्य तरीके से अंदर पहुंचा दी होगी ।
जो व्यक्ति Camera Deliever करने आया , उसके बारे मे कुछ क्यों नही बताया गया किसी report मे ?

Police did the initial investigation very well and they came up to the narrative that talwars killed arushi and hemraj, i clearly remember this is what I saw in news , the interview taken of ghaziabad police, after CBI came and then they manhandled the case , never in India CBI is able to solve any case,
arushi was sexually active and her private parts were cleaned by some kind of chemical, why would an outside killer or rapist will take so much of pain, arushis uncle is a high profile doctor of AIIMS ,and after few years i have heard in news that all the samples of this case are missing.
Talwars white washed the whole house after sometime.
If first 6 hours of investigation would have been done properly, ending would never be so miserable and chaotic.

Police never tried to investigate this case by talking to aarushi's friends with whom she used to chat. Maybe she told them something we didn't know, this could be anything about how her parents were with her lately or whatever. Tbh after watching all this i can came to conclusion that there are 2 possibilities,
1. Hemraj use to sexually abuse or he had sexual relationship with the daughter and when the parents found out they killed both of them in anger.
2. Maybe Hemraj was trying to kill or killed the daughter and in that the parents killed Hemraj as a revenge, and maybe they are afraid that police will arrest them for killing Hemraj.
But still one thing which is really weird is that second DNA, I mean if that was her mom why she did that??? That's the most critical point

The most weird thing in this case was that Talwars' daughter was murdered, so If the parents are not the killers... why didn't they take the investigation further....? Why weren't any actions taken by the parents to find the culprit and get their daughter proper justice?
They objected to closure report and even told to do touch dna analysis on their own expense but this fucking CBI didn't paid heed to them and made them only culprit

As a mother of teenage daughter, I can say that keeping a full-time male servant at your home should be a strict no. And who gives so much liberty to a servant who can call his friends at your home and drink alcohol? Hemraj was a family man, would he risk his job to entertain his friends at his employer's home, I doubt.
It might be possible that Rajesh Talvar had heated argument with Hemraj over some issue and he was beating him. Arushi might have tried to intervene, accidently Rajesh hit her and she died. He then got more angry at Hemraj and killed him.
It is not necessary that it was a planned murder with any motive, it could be an accident.
If parents didn't kill, then why are they not fighting to give justice to their only daughter? Finding her murderer should have been their only purpose to live after losing her in such a unfortunate way.
It can be accidental also parents will definitely regret and feel guilty then what's the point of finding murderer if they are only murderer who accidently murdered their child this is just theory there are lots of theories regarding this

From every angle one could see, this incident seems to be undertaken in the heat of the moment and the only murderers could be the parents themselves. The only thing stopping the investigators to put them behind bars is the lack of proof.

the biggest mystery which nobody is talking about is why the parents just assumed that their daughter is dead. your first instinct would be to try to wake them up, shake their body or call an ambulance. how can you just assume they’re dead? and even if they are, if you truly love your child, you would at least try to bring them back to life. and secondly, did she not see the scotch bottle on her way to the main door to open it for the maid?
also, why is nobody talking to the sweeper who used to come to their house? there is a chance that she could also be involved as dna of another female was also found.
this case is an example of pure negligence and callousness.

The servants drinking together, then trying to assault Arushi while Hemraj is unaware, and then Hemraj finding it out and the servants having a brawl, and then servants killing Arushi and taking Hemraj to roof where they murder him as well is totally unbelievable. Itna kuch ho raha tha ghar mei and Talwar couple were sound asleep????
But the thing to be notified that watchmen of the apartment said that after Rajesh's driver left the apartment, no one enters the apartment during night, then how those servants been there at hemraj's room?

I m 100% convinced parents are culprits. After finding in the morning their daughter is being murdered any father will go at the servant room straight away to find his belongings or evidence. Mr. Talwar neither searched nor let police go to the upstairs.
Police only had access for terrace when Talwar’s not in the house. They never pushed CBI OR POLICE for speedy resolvement of this case.
No but I don't think so.. which murderer who has brains is going to keep a body which is killed by he/she in the same apartment building?.. like the police (if they were not lethargic), or anyone who stays in the apartment can go to the terrace without informing the parents too for their own purpose or part of the investigation. If the murderer was the parents itself, they would not keep the body in the terrace as they will know someone or the other can actually find it and blame them... And they were also heading to some other place so it was obvious anyone could find it...

The way he narrates the story gives me goosebumps ...i literally feel the ambience around me so horrific while watching him , that i did not feel when i saw this case on the news ....its how well he is in finding , gathering pieces of the case and putting them together in such brilliant way that we can literally understand all the crucial points sequentially...indeed this case had many loopholes but ultimately the most strong suspects in the case are the parents and them being rich can clearly state that they have tried removing all the crucial evidences by corrupting the police , who were the first one to investigate the murder site and them being so careless in their work and on being questioned they gave silly answers...the fact that the attempt of finding mobile phones was not made even once is really alarming!!

@@annamalayadevi and I haven't seen anyone talking about this but even if arushi's parents were involved in her death, why wouldn't they try to get rid of hamraj dead body cuz if the police had found the body sooner and collected the evidence, including the hand mark on the wall it could have been a solid evidence against them
