Hi, great video, really helpful, thanks. You mention that you can get two annual passes with a discount if you have a priority pass - do you know if you always need to visit together to use the passes or if they are just normal passes allowing you to visit separately?
Hi, thanks for the positive feed back. We are pretty sure (99%) that they will be separate. All they asked when my mum got hers was if anyone else was getting one at the same time as one person will get a benefit of a discount by buying at the same time as her. As well as the person with the disability getting their discount as well. Hope this helps.
Hi, sorry for the late reply, it’s my mother in law that gets the disability pass and we always do it in the park when buying an annual pass so unfortunately we can’t help here, hope it all went ok?
Hi, We have only asked for this in the park, I believe my mother in law showed them her UK blue badge to show she is disabled but if you are not registered disabled I believe you need a letter from the doctor to prove your medical conditions that support the reason for your application. Without an Annual Pass my mother in law had to get a new priority pass each trip but last time when getting an Annual Pass in the park she was able to get a card that lasted the duration of the pass. I hope this helps, any other questions let me know and I can ask her for you.
Hi, what desk do you need to go to collect the pass? We are travelling over by eurostar and staying at a Disney hotel. Would I collect it when we check in or do you still need to go to a certain desk?
Hi. We believe you can pick it up from your hotel reception but only if it’s one that’s to last just for the trip your on. If your also buying annual passes and would like the priority pass to last the duration of your pass then you would have to do all this at the same time at the desks which are located to right hand side of the entrance to the studios park. Sorry we can’t be more exact about the hotels but as it all changed since Covid and my Mum got one with her annual pass we’re not 100% sure. but we have a link here which will hopefully answer any other question you may have. www.disneylandparis.com/en-gb/guest-services/priority-card/ Hope this helps 😀

@@disneywiththegregorys6078 thanks for the reply. That makes sense, I’ll be sure to let you know if we go ahead with pushing them on our next trip!
Ok great, we would love to hear if you do. 😀
Thanks!!!
Do they accept diagnosis letter for proof of disabilities?
When you apply online do you get anything to say its been approved or does it just say we've received your application?

@disneywiththegregorys6078 was great, the priority pass made it very doable. Don't know what we would have done otherwise
Hi do i need to explain my reasons why i need one?
Ive applied online and have all documents has proof but struggle with explaining reasons
