@@alazygamer1032 pretty sure thats wrong, time goes by slower but maybe at 0.05- 0.1 normal speed. If we go by 100km/h speed of a single slash (irl it would be 70km/h but a little bonus bc hes above average), it would be 1000km/h up to 2000km/h. Speed of light is 300.000km/s.
Its not even a fraction of it, BUT he could potentially reach speed of sound which is at 1234km/h.
Even IF time would go by 0.01 normal speed, he would not come close to reaching speed of light

Raiden has gone through multiple years of character building, while genshin raiden is a baby
Jack was featured in multiple lengthy narratives as a protagonist meanwhile Shogun is a short lived antagonist in a handful of chapters and essentially a deuteragonist in 2 short stories (quests).
She also isn't exactly "a baby" but more so a bitter and stubborn old woman due to cenutries of trauma.

Well, in terms of Full power vs full power, Raiden Shogun can Pack up MGR Raiden..
Why? If Shogun is in her Archon form, aka her full power...
Her attacks can Slice time and space, in a dimension or Domain where Time and space functions like a wormhole, The plane of Euthymia, and to get there, she had to Cut through Time With the Musou no hitotachi into that dimension or Domain, one attacks of hers in that realm or domain was so powerful, It stopped time from its sheer power alone, (and if anyone says that Vision users are only affected, no they aren't, she can Cancel out Vision users, but it's only a way to make them more Vulnerable, Because that attack is a one hit ko attack).
Each Archon in Genshin has a Archon form, so far we only saw Shoguns Archon form while the others, Like Zhongli and Barabados, only have their forms in stories and art,
And to note, An "Archon" isn't genshins definition of a normal god, it is a title, given to a god, There was an event In Genshin that was called "the archon war" where All gods of Teyvat, hundred thousands of them, Fought and killed each other in Years of bloody and brutal regime's and clashes(imagine Whole pantheons against each other to the death, in bruuuutal fashion), The landscapes are shifted and changed from each attack by a god, all to be one of 7, Because there can only be 7 archons, in Genshin an Archon is given the right to Rule one of the 7 nations of Teyvat(Teyvat is basically Pangaea) and if a god is ascended into an archon, they are Buffed, strengthened, And becomes more powerful than a thousand gods, Truly an archon..
So far, Shogun at her full power is debated to be Stronger than Zhongli(and Zhongli had the most kills in the archon war, and in terms of Brutality, speed and skill goes, hes Literally called "The God of war")

This is a bad comparison cuz majority of the gi raiden ones are either used when you can play as her (which obviously can’t allow you to do as much) or insanely out of context (the twink needed a massive buff in-story to be able to defeat raiden)
To put it in a way the little fanboys can understand it, it’s like saying that Kratos is weak because he cannot beat up the entire landscape when you play as him.

One thing that I always notice from most MGR:R fans is the fact that they can't process the fact that several features is due to game convenience, it's not aligned with lore. Not only that, but why do most people feel the need to trash on Genshin - many not having played the game, ergo disregarding many of the reasons that make Genshin a great game - the fandom for the most part, I'd say about 90% is pretty bad, but the game itself is not the fandom and is fantastic, especially when you take into account all of its worldbuilding and symbolism. If you don't like the game, sure, feel free to have your own opinion, but there's no need to trash on Genshin just to please the crowd.
I enjoy both MGRR and Genshin, and yeah most of the people from both sides of this debate say either "jack is a chad" or "shogun is a god" which gets hella annoying when you try to figure out who would actually win cause both these titles dont means squat to what their power is. I keep seeing genshin fans saying shogun is MFTL cause she dodges gameplay projectiles, while MGRR fans saying Jack is MFTL cause they exaggerate some of his speed feats.

From this info we can see that from thousands of years of experience Genshin raiden cant cook, cut a wooden shield, or protect her family while raiden from metal gear rising has only a few decades of training and can already cut a massive robot in the tutorial, can kill a nearly invincible politician, and can also run up a building while being shot.

Lets not forget that picking up and throwing the Metal Gear Ray was easily one of his weaker feats. Later on, he rips off the arm of a much bigger robot and duels it WITH ITS OWN ARM. We're talking a giant building sized robot. And then, using the giant arm, he CHOPS THE ROBOT INTO PIECES with incredible speed.

I said to a friend that used to play Genshin that MGR Raiden is better than Genshin Raiden. They said that Genshin Raiden is a god. My counter argument is that MGR Raiden beat the final boss as the tutorial and that Genshin Raiden died to a Twink. They agreed on the last one.
