The turn at 12:10 kinda looks like the beginning of a flat spin that was immediatly caught and stopped. Was is shortly out of control or was it all intentional? Great flying!
I am not her but I would say it was intentional. You can see full right rudder along with ailerons moving that way. I believe she just wanted a tight turn.
