I’ve been there a few times and people are awesome in KY. I’m not white and had no issues anywhere I went. This last summer I went to Richmond KY and had a great time with my kids.

There are higher vehicle registration taxes in KY, but usually not enough to offset the higher OH property taxes. ... (I am not an accountant)
