Perfect marriage of song and video. So dear.
The woman sitting next to Charlie Chaplin in the fan shaped hat is Georgia Hale. She was my landlady in Hollywood in the 1980's.
Truly enjoyed this movie”The Gold Rush “ The dream sequence that featured his new Year’s party was so very endearing. For a silent film it was truly expressive with lively sentiment that made it rate as one of my favorite films . Love you Charlie ❤️🔐
Co-written with Peggy by my good friend, Paul Horner. Thank you for posting!

Raise your glass and we'll have a cheer
My dear acquaintance, a happy new year
All of those who are hither and yonder
With love in our hearts
