He's awesome.
This guy actually trains his dogs to run away and hide in the event of a home invasion, and they’re not allowed to come out until he comes in with treats. He was like I will protect my dogs. They don’t have to protect me. That is the love he has, great man.

@@metalliholic it makes sense if you're not turning your dogs into sufficiently aggressive guard dogs, they may get hurt if they are not committed to turn the intruder into mince meat. And unless said intruder has a weapon, he probably has a better than decent chance to handle it himself hand to hand.

@@BeezerMN it makes sense, my biggest fear of a break in isn’t that my stuff will get stolen but that my dogs can get hurt.

Dave is heads and leagues above in acting when compared to Rock or Cena! Truly a gem!

I didn't know Dave had to fight so hard for his role in Blade Runner 2049. His character was so important to the story and even though he was on screen around 10 minutes with Ryan Gosling I was completely immersed.
I almost shed a few tears after that scene. Really impressed me
That scene is reallllly good. You would not think for one minute Dave came from WWE in that scene.
His performance is so fucking perfect in Blade Runner. Best start to any movie ever.
His performance helps set the tone for the entire film. Its my favorite of his roles despite it. Eing so breif.

Dave’s transition to full on acting has been a real success. I genuinely enjoy seeing him on the big screen. He’s obviously putting in the time into his craft and I think we’re only seeing a modicum of what he has to offer. Well done Dave! You keep acting and folks will keep watching!
Of the three mainstream wwe stars who’ve moved on to Hollywood, I wanna say that Dave has the most critical success. He’s chosen really great roles and has been part of great films. Obviously the Rock has and will always bring in more money but Dave at least puts in a lot more work in terms of working on his craft. Cena can also get to Dave’s level imo, Peacemaker has actually been his best role yet acting wise
He successfully pulled off what The Rock was pretending to do: transition from a beloved wrestler to an actual, no-shit, successful actor. He's legitimately a fairly good actor and takes more serious, vulnerable roles where he's not always just "Inexplicably Jacked Pacific Islander tough guy with a heart of gold" in every movie.

saw Dune 2 last night, I am not exaggerating when I say it's this generation's Empire Strikes Back. Super deep into the lore from the book, amazing fight scenes, and the cast is insane.

What I love so much about Bautista is how much respect and appreciation he has not just for the art of acting, but the methodology and process of it. Every time he's interviewed, he's very candid about his past and current growing pains as an actor. Truthfully, I think he could win an Oscar and he would tell us in his acceptance speech that he's still developing as an actor. Such a genuinely humble man. He puts all of himself into his acting roles and it shows. I look forward to every one of his performances.
Dave looks like a star now. The beard, shades, shirt and even the bling. It all goes together perfectly - great fit.
Man Dave Bautista is the man! Huge fan of his WWE career, he’s one of my all time favorite wrestlers. Happy to see him transition to Hollywood and do so well, he’s done a lot of great movies, excited to see him in Dune 2. He’s a real humble, respectful guy, love his chill vibe.
