Whirling Thrusts (thrust stance): 1. Tap Light Attack 2. Tap Heavy Attack to dodge backward 3. Hold Light Attack to dash forward and start Whirling Thrusts. Release to stop, or press heavy attack to dodge back again. Forceful Thrust (thrust stance): 0. Gain one focus point 1. Tap Light Attack 3. Tap Heavy Attack to dodge backward 4. Tap Heavy Attack again to consume one focus point and initiate forceful thrust. NOTE: The swords that Forceful Thrust fires are a unique effect from the Tri-Point Double-Edged Spear which you get from defeating the secret boss, Erlang, in chapter 6. It's worth mentioning that every thrust stance attack can be combined into every other in one massive infinite combo. You can start the chain by tapping Heavy Attack at any point during a Light Attack Combo to dodge backwards, then Light Attack to start Whirling Thrusts, then Heavy Attack to dodge backwards again, then Heavy Attack to perform a Forceful Thrust, then Light Attack to resume Whirling Thrusts, then Heavy Attack dodge backwards again, then Heavy Attack to perform another Forceful Thrust, then Light Attack to resume Whirling Thrusts again... ect. For as long as you have Stamina and Focus Points.
