Is your cuckoo clock making a noise? Then the pallets on the verge assembly might need some oil.

In this video I am explaining how to lubricate the verge pallets on the verge and crutch assembly of a cuckoo clock. There could be other things wrong with your clock which is causing a noise but it could be as simple as the pallets need a drop of oil to lubricate the escapement wheel.

Thanks. Did this because there was a guy in the group asking questions about his brand new clock making noise. I couldnt hear the noise myself. I suggested that he oiled the pallets. He didnt know how. God bless you and yours.
