      The amount of clotting is pretty important it's not just the paper filtering the drink, it's the bed of milk clots itself that leads to clarity.

      @@HoneycombManila so letting it sit longer is best before straining? I was also going to use three coffee strainers to slow it down even further.

      No, you're probably not using enough acid or milk. Meaning, either the milk isn't curdling enough, or there isn't enough milk curdle to eat up the cloudy particles.
