Hey partner, question for you if you don’t mind and have a few mins to reply. I appear to have the same problem and trying to sum up how many many hours it’s gonna take to fix this thing. Hard to imagine that this is all just for that simple “auto idle” function which I couldn’t care less about. I have seen a few videos of the I think his name is the “piper” in which it took him what looks like a year maybe, 4k wiring harness and 1k in misc parts to finally fix. And that’s scared the hell out of me. I am a “barely fair” mechanic and can do basic to mid level repairs but this machine is about to do my head in cause of other issues caused by pack rats which have already cost me thousands and a horribly delayed project on my own home. Just curious on what your experience was with this, time and cost wise. Thanks so much for any feedback. Cheers
Was the throttle not responding at all or was it just the auto idle feature that wasn't working? I have a functioning throttle but the machine will not idle down, wondering if it's the AI switch on the throttle panel or the AI motor.. Thanks,
When you turn the throttle nob to faster or slow with no rpm changes, the issue is with the idle motor. If the auto idle switch is engaged and then lift up the safety arm and the machine does not idle down after machine is up to operating temperature, then the control panel needs to be replaced. I've had to replace both items at different times.
I got error 11 - accel sensor, can you point me in which direction should i look? Im not sure if its really sensor or something else. When i start machine in the morning it will only have throttle i left it previous day with. Cant rev up or down, error 11 accel sensor stands on dash. But after some time 1-2 hrs of working it comes back and i can control throttle and auto idle. Not sure what is it about ...
Not off the top of my head, it's been a while since I've addressed this issue. If I remember correctly when the word “accel” is used it's not the speed of the machine moving forward, it's actually the RPM’s of the motor. Also, I think it's a derived (Calculate) function in the main dashboard. And since I'm traveling for the next few days, I will not be able to do any research. I hope the above information helps.

@@RodeoRiverRanch Excellent, thank you for the information!

Not sure what that was about, either, without witnessing the machine in person, or through a video.
@@RodeoRiverRanch do you know where accel sensor is located? Is it under dash computer, or somewhere on engine?

@@RodeoRiverRanch Thank you, appreciate it.
What error did you have? I have (53 sensor supply short 12v). Wondering if it’s the same issues. Did you also have issues activating the thumb?
Hey, how much is the motor worth ? My machine has the same problem I have a code on screen “14 AI motor break “
Thank for watching our views, the part cost around $300.00 us
You get yours fixed I got same problem. What’s the part number?
mine is either idle or wide open not governing
What’s the part number?
