Cheating as a pregnant women, 2 things happen that don't I. Other scenarios, one you bring into question who's baby it is, that worst thing that can happen to a man. Raising a child that isn't his but passed like it is. Two the extra disease you can introduce from random men.

If that man gets any diseases from another women and gives it to her, it poses similar risks so I think it's equally trashy behavior
