It's not just that. Because he can see the future and knows exactly how everything will play out, including his own actions, he basically perceives himself as having no autonomy or free will.

Who she?
@@dcmarvelcomicfans9458 Elaine Belloc is from Neil Gaiman's Lucifer comics. She is the Nephilim daughter of Michael Demiurge, the brother of Lucifer Morningstar. Elaine originally was capable of seeing spirits, which includes her grandmothers but over time after she discovered more about herself gained angelic abilities like flight and dimensional travel. During the arc when Lucifer created his own universe within a void using Michael's power, he gave her a portion of his power and declaim her as one of the gods of his universe and she became a guardian deity that is talked about in legends. Elaine during the final arc of the original run when Lilith and her allies attempt to destroy the Silver City which is Heaven, Elaine meets her grandfather, The Presence who is DC's version of God who has decided to leave the universe behind and names Elaine his successor as The Presence and gives her omnipotent power. Lucifer teaches her about being a god and after the war, she is named God and plans to tear down Heaven and Hell to rewrite the Afterlife. However in the new run which started in 2016, it's revealed that she abandoned her universe and renounced her rule over reality due to the stress of having such power and went to live back in Lucifer's universe. When the Presence was murdered by a possessed Gabriel and was revived as an evil negative version of God, Elaine refused to take back her reign and opt to instead stay out of the war despite the fact that doing so would mean condemning all life to this evil god. Lucifer and his allies defeated this twisted god, but Elaine refused to return to her role as The Presence and leaves, leading to Lucifer needing to elect a new god for the universe.

Dr. Manhattan is like a fusion of The Radiant and Captain Atom but more powerful
Yeah in reality captain Atom can also created a universe and destroy it. But the writer's Depowered him like they always do to others characters. Plus Dr.manhattan is a copycat of Captain Atom . We all know when Dr.manhattan first came out he wasn't that powerful. It also stated that in DC . At first there was alot Dr.manhattan cant do and now he can do it. So the writer's increased Dr.Manhattan powers & degreaser Captain Atom powers.

HAHAHAHAHA! Funny joke, Arris! We all know issue 12 won't be out until sometime after the year 2034 at the rate Gary Frank is drawing.
I just wiah all those issues can be made into movies...
Issue 11 is out. Probaby issue 12 will be out by December.
It’s coming December 18. Art is done as confirmed by Frank and Anderson.
Matt Zilog are we reading the same book? 9 is when the pace amped up and progress.
Manhattan confronted and defeated the entire superhero community in that issue. Issue 10 described and redefined the DC Universe and showed the importance of Superman in a metafictional way while explaining his motivations. 11 is kind of a set up but even there we have the world on the brink of nuclear war, Batman and Wonder Woman taken out, Saturn Girl erased from existence and Superman finally meeting Dr. Manhattan.
Depending how Doomsday clock ends I’d love for the charltton characters to have a story relating to the remaining watchmen characters.
Thanos had to go over 21 movies in order to find gems to destroy everyone with a snap

One thing to note about Dr M is her never actually put himself back together perfectly though.

Actually that movie is beloved by many people (including me). It had bad CRITIC reviews but fan boys and girls really loved it....

To be honest, I don't think the Rebirth Superman version have a chance against Doctor Manhattan during "Doomsday Clock."
He is the one who could not be defeated or killed

Dr Manhattan v quantum superman
The Watchmen novel is beautifully done, but the film only pushes how graphically appealing and cinematic the original deserved to be. Dr Manhattan could have easily been a screwed up and visually butchered character in the film. To the contrary...he was done perfectly and justice was served to one of the most recognizable comic book characters of all time. My favorite, without a doubt. Also, I appreciate how all cosplay and costumes have failed to capture the magic that Manhattan has. This only boosts his god level respect throughout the entire DC and all other comic book universes.

I honestly don’t know what this episode is for,not to complain.I think it’s probably for the upcoming tv show on HBO.I didn’t hear anything from Dr.Manhattan or anyone else, except for Ozymandias. It would depend on Thanos' emotional state. Thanos is powerful, but as it pertains to the gauntlet, he wields the power. Dr Manhattan, however, IS power. If one Dr Manhattan isn't enough to defeat Thanos, 100 will be able to. Plus, there are limits to the Infinity Gauntlet as Thanos understands it, which is a flaw Dr Manhattan doesn't possess. Manhattan is fully aware of every facet of what he can do. Plus, Thanos still possesses emotions that no longer restricts Manhattan's actions.
Dr Manhattan is such a cheese character, the Infinity Gauntlet is patently useless to him. If anything, relying on it would give Manhattan weaknesses he wouldn't otherwise possess. The soul gem alone would frag Manhattan.
Thanos forcing humanity upon Manhattan via the mind and soul gems would be the mad titan's only hope to win, and he'd have to be quicker than thought to drive that wedge home.

All I imagine when thinking of this is a adios Jiren. There are so many ways for Jiren to die by Dr.Manhattan. At any point he can make his self transparent and phase through all physical attacks. Also I don't believe Dr.Manhattan feels pain this fight is just pointless unless you just like a good curb stomp.
I love dbz but dr.m will win. Anyone who doesn't need physical body to exist will always win. Its like fighting an idea and you can never kill an idea.
