Laporte going out in the second half hurt the lions.
Yeah, they only carry 2 true TEs on the roster. Parker Hesse is more of a FB. And the Lions use a lot of 2 TE sets.
So was AZ losing McBride.
@@ssholla92we lost Davenport and Barnes early
@@jaromari80 And the Cards lost their 2nd and then 3rd string RTs in the game and had to finish with their 4th string RT.
We need to stay with running the ball. I’m glad we did that. But the great thing is that we have a great defense. Finally.
I’m sorry but if there’s a coordinator that should be praised it’s Aaron Glenn.
I dunno, I think Brian Branch and Kerby Joseph deserve at least a shout-out. And while I'm happy my team won, this disappearing act by the offense in the second half has been an ongoing problem for Johnson. It appears teams adjust to his game plan and he just has no answers. It's a problem that extends back a couple years. While the Lions won, it was costly. Davenport is out for the season, no big shock there, but Barnes could end up on the IL and La Porta and Branch both got hurt. I guess if the injury bug is gonna hit it's better that it happens now but that was a physical game. Arizona is tougher than I thought. A lot of hard hitting in this one.
sounds like everyone who got hurt is gonna be fine and probably ready for next week. except for davenport and barnes
goff was the problem in the second half
Detroits defense is why they didnt score in the 2nd half. They sat on the football because their D was dominant which was a pleasant surprise.

It probably didn't help that the Cards line needed to help the RT, which ended the game with a guy off the streets as the 4th string. You think that some of the guards were trying to help cover for that guy? You have Jonah Williams in there, or Beechum more, you probably have a better balanced approach. That being said, I felt that the Cards are still a year away, and could be a year away from being a year away. The 14 pt swing with the play ruled dead at the 2 minutes before halftime didn't help matters either.
Yes it did.
Agree. Need shorter crossing routes. Too much big time throws.
Goff bashing. Just redicous takes. The run offense staled out in the second half couldn’t get a yard when they needed it
Goff is the only thing that holds back the lions defenses are much more worried about us running the football
Lions are a first half team. If there was only one half theyd be super bowl champions.
last year we were dominate 4th quarter team it was just the 3rd where we sucked. this year its just been 2nd halfs in general tho which is scary
14 point swing with that controversial play called dead at the 2:00 minute mark before halftime.
Superbowl Defense
Thanos was not wrong in my opinion. He was trying to balance cosmic injustice. And the human stopped him for short gratitude of saving human life and fucked humanity for millenia.

Jared Goff is overpaid 💯 He's regressing from last season
Come on. We are 2-1 with good teams and the O is getting it together.
Deshaun Watson is overpaid. Daniel Jones is overpaid. Goff is not over paid. He just took the Lions to the NFC championship game last year. What have Watson and Daniel Jones done? Lay off the weed, it's affecting your critical thinking skills.
Thank you guys for actually talking about this game. This game is probably the least talked about game of week 3. I believe it’s a very impressive win. This cardinals team is very good. They were very close to beating the 3-0 bills and just stomped a good rams team.

Enough of this 1 RB/drive shit Ben Johnson is doing. Dan and Ben need to be ruthless
I started and played on a flag football team during college and in one game, the opposing team ran a hook & ladder and had the first WR say "diet" and the lateral player say, "slice". Cute.
If you're not able to run the ball for more than 1-2 yards, your average pass target depth is going to be higher.
The Cardinals running game has been great until the Lions showed up. KM got caught up in the hype of MHJ not the MVP talk. haha
The Lions are a tough team to match up against with regards to establishing the run game. It shouldn't have come as a surprise. I wonder how much the depth issue at RT contributed to the uncharacteristic play on the offensive end?

what about the bad call they needed help from referees
so did the cardinals, the refs had 9 flags on us and in the 3rd quarter im pretty sure david montgomery got a first down but they called it on 4th an 1 but watching it was clearly a first down, they then didnt convert the 4th down. If they had the first down could've scored another td or a field goal
"Needed help" the lions caged the cardinals in the beginning of this game. And then saw it through. They had No chances.
Wrong. You can clearly see the clock turns 2:00 as he hikes. Even the commentators corrected themselves. Cope harder.
So what at best you lose 20-17 instead? 😂
