If you decide to make return trip(Hana Hou), suggest on your way out of Haleiwa, turn left at Haleiwa Joe's & take a ride to Haleiwa Boat Harbor, starting point for North Shore Shark Tours & some charter fishing, & Haleiwa Ali'i Beach. John Kalili surf center building was back drop/office setting for Baywatch Hawaii
Great tip Harry! Thank you. We'll definitely add that to the itinerary of our next trip. We were only able to scratch the surface when we were there. Happy to go back and see more!
Did the return bus pick you up at Ted's? Love your videos!! We are going to Oahu for the first time at the end of March. Thank you for your amazing tips and recommendations.
Thank you so much! We’re so excited that you’re headed there. And so happy to hear you enjoy the videos. ❤️ There is a bus stop across the street from Ted’s so you can grab one there. We bussed back to Haleiwa first for a few more tacos and then grabbed a bus from there back to Honolulu! Hope that helps. 😁
This is great! Headed to Oahu this summer. How long did this bike trip take? I just trying to figure out our schedule and what day we should plan on biking the north shore. Thank you so much!
The bike trip took about 5 hours. A little longer than originally planned but that's because we spent more time than expected relaxing at the various beaches along the way. Have a great trip!
FYI... Haleiwa=Hah-lay-ee-vah, Laniakea=Lah-nee-ah-kay-ah. If you had ridden >15-20mins.E, would have brought to Turtle Bay Resort. Myself, grew up btwn Waialua/Haleiwa area & Kahuku. Used to ride bikes btwn Waimea Falls & Turtle Bay. By surf size, am guessing your ride was btwn August/October...Very nice video entry....
Thanks again Harry! We definitely struggled with pronouncing Haleiwa, we heard it differently from two different people before finally hearing enough people say it the way you just shared. Thanks again for sharing your awesome perspective!
@@HeGoesSheGoes...FYI.... Pronunciation tip...If W is first letter, most times, pronounce as "W"=Waialua, Waikiki, Waiahole. When mid-word, pronounce as "Vee"= Alewa, Ewa, Haleiwa...Hope this helps/aids
Excellent we were just there last week 😮
Thanks for the memories 🏝️💪surfers 👍👍
Awesome! Did you love it? We had a fantastic time in Honolulu, but the north shore was a notch above. So amazing there!
"you can't eat tacos in a white shirt"... Truer words have never been spoken!!!
Right?! Thanks for watching Andre!
Nice , I’m enjoying your layback style holiday 🌴🏖🌺🤙🏼
Thanks Rod! That's how we roll. Nice and laid back. 😁
I cannot believe I’ve missed a few of your videos, I am bummed out to be behind , glad I’m watching and catching up now 😎 💪
Thanks Cory! 😊
Great videos guys! Making me miss Hawaii! Just got back from Cuba a couple days ago and already wanting to get out of Winnipeg again lol
Thanks so much! We love Cuba and are plotting our return. In the meantime, we'll check out your vids!
@@HeGoesSheGoes Cheers!
