I love this topic. It pulls together loads of the Maths from the last year of high school. All the things that seemed pointless like learning trig identities and the differentials of trig functions suddenly have an application in Physics. :)
What changes will occur if the process is carried out in a presence of a gravitational field (if we also include Gravitational potential energy which varies with respect to time)?
It might be a little stupid detail I´m missing but I´d really appreciate it if someone would explain to me why, If omega in the T=2pi/W equation is at the denominator, how does substituting omega for square root of m/k can be then timed to 2pi if it the substitution happened at the denominator?

Because as i see that, nature give u back more, if u give something to Nature :) i am very curious how u explain resonance action reaction, and your intention to push in right moment :)
