@@orscrub3161 have you tried other methods? Sometimes I use butter and flour, sometimes I use Cake Release. Each have their own pros and cons. Try some other methods, and see which one gives you the best results.
How long do you leave your cakes in the pans before turning them out? If you do it straight away they're more likely to fall apart but if you leave them to sit for 10-15 minutes they firm up a bit and hold together better

Why do your cakes NEVER look crummy? When I take mine out of the pan the crust is crummy! What am I doing wrong? 🤔
The problem could be the pans you use, or the way you prepare the pans before filling and baking.
