There’s a man in my church who told to his uncle, who told to my mom, who told to me haha that he likes me. It happened 2 years ago. He is very shy, so he never spoke to me. When I found out he liked me, I got very happy, because I liked him too, but because of the 2 years delay, I don’t like him anymore. Woman use to like man who have courage. I think people believe what they want to believe, regardless. Loneliness breeds desperation and you can convince yourself of anything in order to save your sanity and more to the point, your heart...i've done it myself. The idea of a kingdom spouse is not biblical, except in the case of Eve being made for Adam. Every other marriage was by free will or by arrangement of man. God would not give free will, then force a spouse upon you. Its possible God has whom He would like you to be with, but He will never force you; thats the entire premise and purpose of free will. Choose wisely obviously, but the choice is ultimately yours. Burdoning yourself with thoughts of a perfectly chosen spouse and desperately seeking a word for it, will only serve to remove you from daily life and the actual living necessary to find a spouse in the first place.

I’m 18 and I desire a wife and i have to wait too man. But we have to stay pure and be patient and stay teachable. God will deliver when the time is right and he won’t deliver when your heart posture is incorrect or in the wrong place or maybe he needs to work on you so you don’t ruin it. Me learning to trust him is so beautiful and I honestly will enjoy this ride and be patient and learn how to become a husband and be a great father. I rather be ready than sorry. When you mentioned God confirms his word three times in the Bible, it reminded me of a prophecy from the Lord through the Co-pastor at my old church a few years ago. One day this year, when I was on the train I saw a sign up of a word related to the subject to my prophecy, then when the train stopped at a station there was digital clock, and the time on the clock matched the date of the prophecy, then when I got home and the TV was on, a reality TV show was on and the chefs or cooks, were preparing and setting up a wedding on the ship which subject was related to the prophecy. This was all in one day.

Hello Jackie, long time subscriber, first time commenter here. I really appreciate this video and your willingness to shoot straight in your communication, while also being gracious and not afraid to speak about your past - it’s refreshing in a church world where leaders are often so wishy-washy and unwilling to talk about their past brokenness (as though Jesus never really changed them). We need more leaders in the church like this. As a guy I have fallen in this trap of a soul tie/limerence/codependence with a girl I liked in the past. I’m almost ashamed to say it went on for several years and it was quite crushing for me at the time, such were my wounds and brokenness and the shame that something like that could happen to me. I too believed that she could be my future wife and often felt as though God was speaking to me about her, when in reality I can’t say that’s the case. (Technically he could have been but as we’re both still single and there’s no definite conclusion, like you said) but she’s been out of my life for a long while now and lives on the other side of the country so that pretty much answers that without some wild coincidence that I’m not thinking about. It was only in recent months that I found genuine freedom from this and that’s really just been because God has slowly been changing my heart and helping me see how much other things in my life don’t matter - when other idols (for me certain media, tv, film, secular music) slowly drop out of your life because you no longer desire them anymore it makes the bigger ones easier to fall, like a domino effect. I’m just not that interested in what God doesn’t want for me anymore. And as a result my thoughts of her shifted too - the attachment broke and I can just look back with gratitude that God has worked through her in my life for a season to reveal areas of brokenness I never knew I had and that have slowly healed over time with a lot of time and effort. Could it have happened sooner? Possibly, probably. But I’m free now and just grateful. Deep heart change can take a long time, but is always worth it. I never forget how John Bevere once spoke on Balak & Balaam in Numbers 22-24 and said about how we must ask God for things with a neutral heart or else he may answer us in accordance with our idols, like in Ezekiel 14:4 (NLT) “Tell them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: The people of Israel have set up idols in their hearts and fallen into sin, and then they go to a prophet asking for a message. So I, the Lord, will give them the kind of answer their great idolatry deserves.” We’ve got to be so careful not to over-spiritualise what we desperately want in life or we may end up confusing God’s voice for what we’ve failed to realise are the unconscious healing fantasies of a broken and wounded heart. After all, we know ‘the heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick…’ In this generation the church desperately needs more spiritual heart surgeons! I have been praying for God to bring Loann Mary Ha back into my life. I made a promise to myself that I will not reach out to her and I feel God is telling me to let her reach out to me. She is being heavily influenced by her older sister who is jealous of her and her friends who think it’s best for her to date around since she just got out of a divorce and has two children. We are apart right now as she is trying dating online. I am believing that God will help her see that the grass is not greener on the other side and that I am the man for her; so she will come back to me so we can be together again, married in holy matrimony to take care of her children and our unborn children God will bless us with.

That is a very difficult situation… depending on the severity of abuse I would say you need to separate. I would need to know more details but I would say if you are married you should not be emotionally or physically cheating on your spouse even in your mind.

I backslid SLIGHTLY last night. And I just k n e w . . . it would delay. And I had a dream I was invited to a benefit banquet. And I was at a table where I recognized who invited me. And I was sitting with my back to her. And it took me ALLLLL day to realize: I wasn't waiting for her to become ready for me, she's waiting for me. I'm not ready. 😅 And now I feel so selfish. I assumed God is going to be hard pressed finding a woman who walks with the Lord like I want her to. I thought I might have to wait for her to be born and grow up and all of that. But, uhm, maybe I'm like this because she's already been there. She asked for someone to catch up to her. If I could put it to a song, it would be "What's My Age Again," because it's like everything was going well and I just blew it with distraction. Hmmm maybe it wasn't the sin, maybe it was about the revelation? 🤔The strange thing is that today was stupendous with God. I can meditate on God's mighty hand day&night. I prayed that my potential partner would follow me back on insta before the end of the day. Then I watch this video and they followed me back right after. Idk whether the outcome is confirmation that they are or are not, but I keep seeing the number 47 and 17. 2 Timothy 1:7 is my favorite verse, which has the number 1 & 7. Idk about its significance but I’m trusting God no matter what. I’m convinced he is working in my unsaved family members lives and bringing revival in all areas of our lives.
Sometimes those prophecies take decades to come true. He may marry someone else and then later in life come back to you. It's hard to tell. If you're not over him yet, then it's not over. I would stick to the prophecy if it's making you think you're crazy. You're not crazy, it's just not time yet. These things can take decades. I have a word from a guy that I'm going to marry and I haven't spoken to him for 3 years. I'm still just waiting. Don't try to ignore it or deny it. Trust it and give your life to God and surrender to what God is saying. Oh I just saw that you got married. If you feel guilt over that, pray on it. I wouldn't have gotten married to another man if God told me I was going to marry someone else. That's a tough one. I hope you're not living with regret and still thinking about the other guy because these things really can take decades. ... I guess, if God really did say it, then both of yall will get divorced and end up together because God isn't a liar. I'm not wishing that on you, but I know God and He never lies. We just get confused or give up and stop waiting and take it into our own hands. I'd love an update in about 10 years to see where ya'll are.

I’m 18 and I desire a wife and i have to wait too man. But we have to stay pure and be patient and stay teachable. God will deliver when the time is right and he won’t deliver when your heart posture is incorrect or in the wrong place or maybe he needs to work on you so you don’t ruin it. Me learning to trust him is so beautiful and I honestly will enjoy this ride and be patient and learn how to become a husband and be a great father. I rather be ready than sorry. God loves you just hang in there and listen and get to know him. Jackie knows alot more than me or probably most people in this comment section and she knows the consequences of not waiting for marriage and not waiting on gods spouse for her.

When you mentioned God confirms his word three times in the Bible, it reminded me of a prophecy from the Lord through the Co-pastor at my old church a few years ago. One day this year, when I was on the train I saw a sign up of a word related to the subject to my prophecy, then when the train stopped at a station there was digital clock, and the time on the clock matched the date of the prophecy, then when I got home and the TV was on, a reality TV show was on and the chefs or cooks, were preparing and setting up a wedding on the ship which subject was related to the prophecy. This was all in one day.

Hello Jackie, long time subscriber, first time commenter here. I really appreciate this video and your willingness to shoot straight in your communication, while also being gracious and not afraid to speak about your past - it’s refreshing in a church world where leaders are often so wishy-washy and unwilling to talk about their past brokenness (as though Jesus never really changed them). We need more leaders in the church like this. As a guy I have fallen in this trap of a soul tie/limerence/codependence with a girl I liked in the past. I’m almost ashamed to say it went on for several years and it was quite crushing for me at the time, such were my wounds and brokenness and the shame that something like that could happen to me. I too believed that she could be my future wife and often felt as though God was speaking to me about her, when in reality I can’t say that’s the case. (Technically he could have been but as we’re both still single and there’s no definite conclusion, like you said) but she’s been out of my life for a long while now and lives on the other side of the country so that pretty much answers that without some wild coincidence that I’m not thinking about. It was only in recent months that I found genuine freedom from this and that’s really just been because God has slowly been changing my heart and helping me see how much other things in my life don’t matter - when other idols (for me certain media, tv, film, secular music) slowly drop out of your life because you no longer desire them anymore it makes the bigger ones easier to fall, like a domino effect. I’m just not that interested in what God doesn’t want for me anymore. And as a result my thoughts of her shifted too - the attachment broke and I can just look back with gratitude that God has worked through her in my life for a season to reveal areas of brokenness I never knew I had and that have slowly healed over time with a lot of time and effort. Could it have happened sooner? Possibly, probably. But I’m free now and just grateful. Deep heart change can take a long time, but is always worth it.
I never forget how John Bevere once spoke on Balak & Balaam in Numbers 22-24 and said about how we must ask God for things with a neutral heart or else he may answer us in accordance with our idols, like in Ezekiel 14:4 (NLT) “Tell them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: The people of Israel have set up idols in their hearts and fallen into sin, and then they go to a prophet asking for a message. So I, the Lord, will give them the kind of answer their great idolatry deserves.”
We’ve got to be so careful not to over-spiritualise what we desperately want in life or we may end up confusing God’s voice for what we’ve failed to realise are the unconscious healing fantasies of a broken and wounded heart. After all, we know ‘the heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick…’
In this generation the church desperately needs more spiritual heart surgeons!

Thank you Jackie. I needed to hear this. I just got off the phone with my younger sister who was trying to convince me to give up on the plan God has placed on my heart. I have been praying for God to bring Loann Mary Ha back into my life. I made a promise to myself that I will not reach out to her and I feel God is telling me to let her reach out to me. She is being heavily influenced by her older sister who is jealous of her and her friends who think it’s best for her to date around since she just got out of a divorce and has two children. We are apart right now as she is trying dating online. I am believing that God will help her see that the grass is not greener on the other side and that I am the man for her; so she will come back to me so we can be together again, married in holy matrimony to take care of her children and our unborn children God will bless us with.
I’ve been a Christian for 14 years and I have a woman that I’ve waited for one year and chance after chance. She hasn’t came back home. So it’s time for me to let her go. I was like god testing her and she became like pharaoh when God gave him chance after chance. I’ve been with my ex for 8 years with two daughters and I’ve waited for marriage but she’s not worth it. I have a question, what if you got married to a non believer and has been abusive? But you think about that person who knows God and always treated you with respect? And you pray to God to take you away from this abusive person.
That is a very difficult situation… depending on the severity of abuse I would say you need to separate. I would need to know more details but I would say if you are married you should not be emotionally or physically cheating on your spouse even in your mind.

He said sorry after my sister confronted him but is currently emotionally and mentally as well as financially. Yes definitely no physical cheating. A what if scenerios have happened. I backslid SLIGHTLY last night. And I just k n e w . . . it would delay. And I had a dream I was invited to a benefit banquet. And I was at a table where I recognized who invited me. And I was sitting with my back to her. And it took me ALLLLL day to realize: I wasn't waiting for her to become ready for me, she's waiting for me. I'm not ready. 😅 And now I feel so selfish. I assumed God is going to be hard pressed finding a woman who walks with the Lord like I want her to. I thought I might have to wait for her to be born and grow up and all of that. But, uhm, maybe I'm like this because she's already been there. She asked for someone to catch up to her. If I could put it to a song, it would be "What's My Age Again," because it's like everything was going well and I just blew it with distraction. Hmmm maybe it wasn't the sin, maybe it was about the revelation? 🤔The strange thing is that today was stupendous with God. I can meditate on God's mighty hand day&night. I need to focus on serving Him and let the Holy Spirit handle business.

I prayed that my potential partner would follow me back on insta before the end of the day. Then I watch this video and they followed me back right after. Idk whether the outcome is confirmation that they are or are not, but I keep seeing the number 47 and 17. 2 Timothy 1:7 is my favorite verse, which has the number 1 & 7. Idk about its significance but I’m trusting God no matter what. I’m convinced he is working in my unsaved family members lives and bringing revival in all areas of our lives.
If it happens, then it was God telling it would, if it doens't, then it wasn't God. So basically prophets just do guesses.
Sometimes those prophecies take decades to come true. He may marry someone else and then later in life come back to you. It's hard to tell. If you're not over him yet, then it's not over. I would stick to the prophecy if it's making you think you're crazy. You're not crazy, it's just not time yet. These things can take decades. I have a word from a guy that I'm going to marry and I haven't spoken to him for 3 years. I'm still just waiting. Don't try to ignore it or deny it. Trust it and give your life to God and surrender to what God is saying. Oh I just saw that you got married. If you feel guilt over that, pray on it. I wouldn't have gotten married to another man if God told me I was going to marry someone else. That's a tough one. I hope you're not living with regret and still thinking about the other guy because these things really can take decades. ... I guess, if God really did say it, then both of yall will get divorced and end up together because God isn't a liar. I'm not wishing that on you, but I know God and He never lies. We just get confused or give up and stop waiting and take it into our own hands. I'd love an update in about 10 years to see where ya'll are.
