Great point about the two halves. I never heard that it was new age. The way I think of it is like a man walking in a field of beautiful flowers. He must be careful not to trample over another man's wife. Till he finds one willing and obedient to be plucked. Women only bloom physically in a season. Do not reject good men the Lord sends into your life.

I've been single for almost 38 years, my whole life. My grandma raised me in the church, and I've had friends that are girls, that wanted to get to know me, but God always took them out of my life. Part of me wants a wife, and part of me wants to stay single and dedicate my whole life to serving God. I'm not sure what God has for me, but I have faith in his will for my life.😭🎶💯👑🙏✝️
I know and understand people mean well, but it is NOT helpful when people say, "Keep believing! Keep praying! Don't lose hope! Pray and fast, God will do it! Remember Sarah! You just haven't met the right person yet"...especially when you've been hearing this for DECADES. And unless you're 40+, single, never married, you don't really get it. Can God still do it? Absolutely! However, God promises marriage to NO ONE, no matter how much one desires it. Those are the facts. So, the most charitable thing one can do for the singles who are 40+ is to pray silently and recommend nothing, because I can assure you that those who find themselves within this category of life, have done ALL the things, likely a couple/few dozen times over. Maybe, just maybe God has other plans. 🤷
@@feliciaciappetta342 that's exactly what I was saying. Im not sure if it was a misunderstanding or a failure on my end of the message. But following God does not mean that your future spouse will be there in a few days/weeks or years. It just means that. Follow God and see what he wants for you to be doing with your own life.
Our lord is beautifull isn't he. I hope youre pregnancy will go smoothly. I'm only 17 but i already had to learn to put the Lord before a girl that i like. She didn't believe in the Lord and that was an obvious sign i needed to let her go and put the Lord first. And the best part is that three weeks later now she found God and turned christian. The Lord still is performing miracles AMEN!

That’s beautiful itself, I just hope not forever single and that you are wanting a family and a good man, and not too late in life, because humans aren’t really meant for singleness forever. At the end, leaving a legacy is priceless. Knowing you shared emotions and thoughts with a partner is priceless (I’m still hoping for myself I’m 31).
Been single for most of my 30 years here on earth, but when I found Jesus (or He found me?), I found the greatest love of my life. Thank you for the reminders! ❤ When you have Christ, you have everything you need. With or without a spouse. If we don’t find contentment in our singleness (pursuing Jesus relentlessly, focusing on Him and growing in the Lord on your own), we won’t find it in marriage either.
Don't do that to yourself. If it came for me twice - it comes to everybody. On my later one at 46, he (God) did not stop my so sweet, so tender pretty Wife ❤😰 passing 7yrs later after she came. We were only together for 7 short years and here I am still tripping 😭😭 - 4yrs now since her passing. My first time came at 33, she was super cute and pretty - but I let her go, cause I was not sure of me in her heart. Just be you, be the Best you. Be in the natural and it will come. But Iv'e gone down with my ship 'my Beloved Marie'😰
I hear you, but remember that Sarah had a baby WAY past menopause. God can do anything and can resurrect a dream you thought was dead. My good friend who is over 50 was waiting and I watched her in tears praying without a sign... but God did it and she is engaged today against all odds! Do not give up on hope!
A lot of younger people with children AREN'T really as happy as they claim to be. Most aren't financially stable and decided not to use protection, and now the children are their lesson for playing with sex. Plus, in my experience, I have a sibling raised well by my hard-working Mom, yet she has Schizophrenia, is lazy, makes excuses, and tends to be delusional! This has taught me that NO MATTER HOW u RAISE UR CHILD, THEY CAN CHANGE ON YOU! Now i no longer want kids! 🙅🏿♂️
It is a fine line between do not lose hope, and perhaps accept that God has other plans for you. Maybe there is something you need to achieve first, whether that be professionally or spiritually. It is a tough reality to accept that we cannot have what we want, but our existence is not for our pleasure. I am in the same boat, but regarding a different topic (not marriage/children). Some days it is hard to accept that something most people have is being withheld from me, but there must be a reason. Dwelling on it just creates delays. It is more beneficial to just keep moving. Some days I question if I did something to deserve my situation as a consequence/punishment, but I can't think of anything I have done to the same degree of being deprived of what I am being deprived of. There must be a reason, and I want what God wants. I can say for a fact that my emotional strength is incredible as a result of this thing and some other things too. I have a feeling yours is as well. Oh how I wish you the very best and a strong everlasting inner peace, despite your challenges. The frustration and feeling crappy about your situation is not going to go away, however I hope you have more good days than bad ones and not the other way around. A happy moment for every sad moment this has caused you. Take care!

The waiting period is often misunderstood, for me, it's an opportunity to work with God, to heal and renew all areas of my life that need healing. Yes, I do think about marriage at times, but my focus is on doing what the Lord has already called me to do. We are all tempted to either live in the past and play the victim, or to become worried & anxious about the future, this keeps us from living in the present moment, the here & now. The word present, if I may use a play on words...the present, the now, is a gift from the Lord, a "present" to bring his "presence" into our lives, to help prepare us for the future God has for us. So use the gift/opportunity of the present moment wisely, as this will help you to receive all that the Lord has for you! Cheers!

I pray for the Lord to introduce me to my future spouse. After more than half a century, yes 5 decades of being single, I have needed a helpmate for a long time, but I trust the Lord had a reason for me to wait. I have visions for a ministry to establish a retreat camp for international college students, so that is only one of the reasons why I am truly in need of a wife to help me to accomplish this part of God's Will for my life.
I hear you Giuseppe! Remember your Heavenly Father KNOWS what you need and when you need it more than you do. He provides for you, not only emotionally, financially, etc. but in this need as well. Until she comes, He is your friend and your help! Ensure you are doing all you can to prepare to be a husband and living according to God’s will for your life in this current season. If that is the case, you can rest assured God will bring her when the time is right. You will look back and thank God it didn’t happen sooner.

It can't be just a coincidence that I heard this message when I needed to hear it most ! I just turned 33 in May, and I know that I have my whole life a head of me ! I trust God's timing with respect to finding my future wife.
I got married when I was 22. We have had 3 kids since then, and I am now 28. Rewarding? Absolutely, 100%. Till death do us apart? Those were the vows we made. Do I think I got married too young? It's too late to look back, but the way things happened, it was definitely passions running high and we decided to marry. Most of the people I went to school with are not married yet. On another note, I believe the Apostle Paul said that those who marry will "have trouble in the flesh". And "the flesh wars against the Spirit, etc.". These are some of the things I didn't consider before getting married. Enjoy your single time, as hard as it can be (it was for me as well). Thank you for the video Jackie.
Been married for the last 41 years. It's not easy, and sometimes you just have to walk away and cool off and think about things. But, it also teaches you to count your blessings. I'm sure that had I not been married I would not have discovered God.
I realized that all my worries come when go out into society - when I have a vacation or am outside of home - they disappear cause I leave my "circle" - so when I stay like only me and the Lord - there are no troubles no worries etc.!!! All the timelines are within the social field. So our struggle should be mostly addressed to our social anxieties and care about other people's opinions 🖐️

I needed to hear this today, thank you. Over the last few days, I truly feel like I don’t need or even want a significant other. I’m loving life and being able to dictate my own life. What it really is, is that I love myself fully. Being single is a gift and I am enjoying every minute of it and I look forward to the day God gives me the wife he intends for me to have when the time is right.
It’s so hard not to be angry. It feels like my life is a waste with a burning desire to be somewhere else. I’m so tired of wanting I’m tired of giving it over only to be feeling down over my reality. God knows that I can’t change myself… I feel so mad that I don’t want it later. I want it now or never
Go back to the beginning Jymin… why did you start following Christ in the first place? Was it not because of what He has already done for you on the cross and not what He could give you? Your life is NOT a waste. You have gifts and purposes God has entrusted to you to further His Kingdom that WE NEED in the body of Christ. We need you to rise up and be all that God has called you to! Give this dream over to God and let Him be enough for you. Come what may. Be content with Him, because He is more than enough. You’re right you can’t change yourself, only the one who made you can change you. So spend time with the Lord and surrender your sin with HIS help. He loves you, He is for you and He delights to give you a partner as He did with Adam in the garden!
Ok but a lot of people are in sever emotional pain cause of being single. I know i am. Im 43 and i pray daily and ask God to bring my husband he has for me into my life soon. Yes i peay to God for a wonderful soouse but its still painful for me cause hes not here yet i am a single mother my kids are grown now but being a single mother and going thrro motherhood alone was very very painful for me. What i went thro alone in raising my children makes me cry Everytime i think about it. I had postpartum depression after i had my youngest son. The was emotionally excruciating and i didnt have a good husband to rub my back and say its ok baby i got everything, go lay down and relax. I didnt have that at all. And it hurts me so bad. But now i have faith that God will bless me with an awesome spouse and beauty for my ashes. But please understand that waiting is very painful for some people its not easy at all. And if God was enough for all of us then no one would get married. So i dont think your statement is fair or true @@jackieVanTine_
This is really good. I also feel like you shouldn’t always “ give it up “ just because he wants it Everytime. A Fruit of the spirit is self control. If he doesn’t have that. He should go to God about that because That will eventually drain you. Doing something just because He wants it when you’re not in the mood for it. 🥺 I was in a relationship where something similar was the case and it drained me quick 😭 But everyone is different!
I don't know about that, but if you only have mood once every month If he a healthy man, I believe he will still complain If you always not in the mood because you stress from work and other stuff, ask your husband to help you, or ask him to fully provide you It's his job to be a provider anyway
yes2 only for husband and wife. if the husband is understanding and has self control he will be patient and compassionate because her woman is not in a mood or shes tired, but even so both goes on hand, when you ask him for something you need and he will not do it because of so in so forth, what do you feel, Do to others what you want them do to you, Golden rule.
I am 39, and have been single for some time now, I have come to know God and understood that, when in the season of waiting He’s pruning you, having you die to your idols, self, and other distractions that are keeping you sometimes away from Him. If you seek first the kingdom of Heaven and do His will, everything else and the desire of your heart will be added to you. Whether I marry or not, I want to be less like myself and let God increase in my life. Be in relationship with Him. Be enamored by Him, and He will bless you in due time. Maybe not with a spouse BUT with a deeper calling that will fulfill His will on Earth as in Heaven. ❤I pray this word blesses you in Yeshua’s name, Amen!

thank you for your words of encouragement, I was married for not quite 25 years, when my dear, sweet wife was called home to be with our Dear Lord Jesus. that will be 5 years ago in Sept. since then, I've done well as a single again, much better in fact then before I was married, but still there are lonely moments that I wonder if I will ever meet someone again. My biggest hesitation is the constant drumbeat on social media re the divorce rate even among believers, and how people simply get bored and leave you and take half of everything. It sounds terrible , but this does concern me. please say a prayer, as I would still like to be in a relationship again some day. Lord bless

However, if you keep praying and ensuring you are living and walking in the fear of the Lord, I am sure He will bring someone to accompany you that will NOT try and defraud you, but be a helper :)
Thank you Jackie, this message came at just the right time as me and my girlfriend just broke up last night. We both really need to grow spiritually and we need to learn to put God first above all else, and I'm hoping this experience will help us finally do so, because throughout the relationship we failed to even though we knew and tried. Thank God I waited, hoped, wished, and prayed about getting married when most everyone else in America doesn't want to, but I get to watch all of my friends be able to do that. Imagine wanting to do the right thing, hold back your own desires, and having faith it would come one day when most of society would rather sleep around, cheat, divorce, not have kids, and have same-sex attractions, but you get always get benched. You wait over half of your life only to be too exhausted by then to even give it the time it deserves while losing almost all interest in the process. "It's not good for man to be alone." The more things change, the more they always stay the same. It has been so worth it.
@@AmericanFarmerHVAC2024 Just like she said in the video not everyone will be blessed with marriage, the bible talks about how marriage will split your attention from God (1 Cor 4:34), and pray and ask God for confirmation and discernment for your future spouse. Hope this helps, because the closer you are to God (in the Word, seeking His guidance, being obedient, fasting, focusing on your personal relationship with Him)to closer in line you'll be with His purpose for your life which may include a spouse!
Hi Jackie, I just wanted to say thank you so much for this word! It was much needed. For a long time I have idolized marriage but always knew that it could not happen unless I put Jesus first, and sought him first. And He has been pruning me to seek him first and put him first before my daily needs and its been so hard. Honestly I’ve run away from Him because of it more times than I can count. But he has been telling me to trust him, to allow him to love me and care for me as I care for those he has put in my path to take care of before myself. And its been hard to trust that God, the Father does provide and he does protect. So all that to say I am learning. But I really do appreciate what you had to say. Really needed to hear that!
I was there Eileen! I once was so frustrated of waiting I told God “I break up with you” and went back to the drugs men etc. until my sins consequences swallowed me up and I came back to God. It’s never wise to fret against the Lord, I learned that. God is so faithful sister, that He will not bring the right person into your life unless you are ready because you would ruin it and it would ruin you. Trust Him :) He does not fail you! Obedience is better than sacrifice and there is always blessing when we obey Him and trust Him! Walk by faith and not by sight.

I’d have to disagree. God breaks all bad chains that are holding you back and much can destroy a married couple IF God is not at the center of it. However, God can USE marriage to break chains, absolutely. But it doesn’t break all bad chains.
It’s true! I wanted to have a wedding! I would look at invitations, colors, venues, etc NOW that I’m not idolizing it, my mom is a minister I’m fine wearing a pair a jeans and a top and get married in the living room! 😂 I told God I want a husband like Aquila and he and I can help others spiritually. Weddings are good to have I was just wanting one for the wrong reason! I know God will give me my husband in His time! I just have to wait and grow spiritually so I will be the wife God says I’m supposed to be!

I am older. I have never been married. But, I totally trust God. This video was one of the BEST youtube videos ever. And I learned and re-learned SO much. She is 100% right. We follow and obey the Lord in ALL things and make HIM our top priority and He takes care of all the rest. We are not to worry about anything and just go about our Father's business. We delight in HIM and live an awesome life (Godly exciting life with suffering, persecution, and endurance) with and in HIM and He does all the rest. If we can't find joy with God alone, we will never find joy with a husband or a wife. True joy comes from the Lord and doesn't depend on singleness or married life or circumstances or situations. 😍

I would not say angry, but frustrated. I know being a single person is part of his judgment for my rebellion in sexual sins. You can't go around committing sin without consequences. His ways are not ours ways.
I would agree, there is consequences to sin. However, He doesn’t delight in correcting us, but He loves us enough to correct us. He wishes we would’ve gotten it right a long time ago. He can make up for the time we wasted in sin and when we get it together and walk according to His will, He brings the right person in His timing.

God is gracious! Unfortunately, we live in a very materialistic world. Too many young ladies are told to waste their youth riding the carousel. Then later in their mid-thirties when they're thrown off, they're upset because of what they squandered. This is the trap the enemy of mankind laid for them. He lays a different one for young men but it's still just is terrible.
yep and it creates lots of baggage that can make healthy relationships more challenging. you can end up pushing love away bc of it. purity and self-control are good. guard your heart. do not awaken love before it's ready
I’m turning 25 next year. I guess I’m still young and I got 5 more years til thirty. Anyways, lately I have been feeling anxious and as if god has being putting relationship on my heart in a way I never felt before. I raised Christian and still is ( orthodox ) and I truly love Jesus ( although I have fallen short and did disobey god few times : (. But I feel like Jesus is more than just a religion he’s more of a long term best friend to me and I always go to him and talk to him daily. …. I been focusing all my life on my hobbies, school and learning and still is and I just don’t want to go on dating apps to find a person bc I want to let god be the one choosing ( I actually noticed that I fall in love relatively quickly and that’s why I always reject relationships bc I don’t want it to go through a adultly so I just loved from a far or just a crush ) I felt like god was protecting me all this time bc I do get allot of attention since I look attractive but never really was asked on a date or approached and the ones who approched got scared of my responses 😅lol I guess I can blame that on god for making me the way I am ( somewhat intimmating lol) But anyhow I just wanted to say that god has his own PLANS for us and everything works according to his plan even the times we mess up it’s part of a story he’s writing.

Firstly @JackieVanTine_, congratulations. When a migraine starts it really is a challenge, even more so due to the stress of pregnancy. Have suffered all my life, the worst time was when I was fighting an infection, took not only a migraine on top of both a stress and tension headache. God brought me through a terrible 2 weeks of all 3 heads at once. Ps 46 v 1: God is my refuge and strength and very present help in time of trouble. God Bless.

I’m 50 and have been married to three men, all said they were Christian, but were not walking with the Lord. I was selfish and rushing things every time and stepped out of God’s will each time to fulfill my own! That has not worked out well for me at all. The last relationship was the worst and I am still not completely free from the havoc he reigned down on me. I may never be completely free of that, but I have been walking with the Lord very closely lately and have re-proclaimed my life to Him. I have gratitude to my exes for this realization that Yeshua comes first, period, and His will for me will follow! In my singleness I am free to be with the one who loves me more than any mere mortal ever could! And I am taking this opportunity and sitting with patience and peace for what’s to come!
This is what happened with my ex husband.. we were unequally yoked, he kept going back to sin over and over and leading me to sin. That was the only way to make him happy. I tried and I tried to pray for him, to give it all to God. But I prayed for it all, I told God, if we are supposed to get divorced, let it happen to where I could marry again. It happened!!! my marriage fell apart because I didn't know how to not idolize him, I had the wrong idea of marriage. When I truly let go, that's when this man of God showed up and the Lord has shown me through him what marriage is supposed to look like, a truly Godly relationship.
Marriage is not always a blessing from God (Yah). If you marry the wrong person things can end horribly or you might get stuck in a marriage with a narrasst that will abuse you ( physically, emotionally and verbally). I've seen this many times before with my relatives.
Yes if only I had someone to bring me to God like this years ago. But I am just Thankful for knowing him now. Sometimes he lets us walk through the test to emerge as diamonds. So I say Thank you for this word for the knowledge I now have and the proper Garments l now wear. All Praises to the Most High

I've been single for almost 38 years, my whole life. My grandma raised me in the church, and I've had friends that are girls, that wanted to get to know me, but God always took them out of my life. I know and understand people mean well, but it is NOT helpful when people say, "Keep believing! Keep praying! Don't lose hope! Pray and fast, God will do it! Remember Sarah! You just haven't met the right person yet"...especially when you've been hearing this for DECADES. And unless you're 40+, single, never married, you don't really get it. Can God still do it? Absolutely! However, God promises marriage to NO ONE, no matter how much one desires it. Those are the facts. So, the most charitable thing one can do for the singles who are 40+ is to pray silently and recommend nothing, because I can assure you that those who find themselves within this category of life, have done ALL the things, likely a couple/few dozen times over. Maybe, just maybe God has other plans. 🤷

But following God does not mean that your future spouse will be there in a few days/weeks or years. It just means that. Follow God and see what he wants for you to be doing with your own life.
Our lord is beautifull isn't he. I hope youre pregnancy will go smoothly. I'm only 17 but i already had to learn to put the Lord before a girl that i like. She didn't believe in the Lord and that was an obvious sign i needed to let her go and put the Lord first. And the best part is that three weeks later now she found God and turned christian. I hear you, but remember that Sarah had a baby WAY past menopause. God can do anything and can resurrect a dream you thought was dead. My good friend who is over 50 was waiting and I watched her in tears praying without a sign... but God did it and she is engaged today against all odds! Do not give up on hope!
A lot of younger people with children AREN'T really as happy as they claim to be. Most aren't financially stable and decided not to use protection, and now the children are their lesson for playing with sex. Plus, in my experience, I have a sibling raised well by my hard-working Mom, yet she has Schizophrenia, is lazy, makes excuses, and tends to be delusional! This has taught me that NO MATTER HOW u RAISE UR CHILD, THEY CAN CHANGE ON YOU! Now i no longer want kids! 🙅🏿♂️

It is a fine line between do not lose hope, and perhaps accept that God has other plans for you. Maybe there is something you need to achieve first, whether that be professionally or spiritually. It is a tough reality to accept that we cannot have what we want, but our existence is not for our pleasure. I am in the same boat, but regarding a different topic (not marriage/children). Some days it is hard to accept that something most people have is being withheld from me, but there must be a reason. Dwelling on it just creates delays. It is more beneficial to just keep moving. Some days I question if I did something to deserve my situation as a consequence/punishment, but I can't think of anything I have done to the same degree of being deprived of what I am being deprived of. There must be a reason, and I want what God wants. I can say for a fact that my emotional strength is incredible as a result of this thing and some other things too. I have a feeling yours is as well. Oh how I wish you the very best and a strong everlasting inner peace, despite your challenges. The frustration and feeling crappy about your situation is not going to go away, however I hope you have more good days than bad ones and not the other way around. A happy moment for every sad moment this has caused you. Take care!

The waiting period is often misunderstood, for me, it's an opportunity to work with God, to heal and renew all areas of my life that need healing. Yes, I do think about marriage at times, but my focus is on doing what the Lord has already called me to do. We are all tempted to either live in the past and play the victim, or to become worried & anxious about the future, this keeps us from living in the present moment, the here & now. The word present, if I may use a play on words...the present, the now, is a gift from the Lord, a "present" to bring his "presence" into our lives, to help prepare us for the future God has for us. So use the gift/opportunity of the present moment wisely, as this will help you to receive all that the Lord has for you! Cheers!

After more than half a century, yes 5 decades of being single, I have needed a helpmate for a long time, but I trust the Lord had a reason for me to wait. I have visions for a ministry to establish a retreat camp for international college students, so that is only one of the reasons why I am truly in need of a wife to help me to accomplish this part of God's Will for my life.
I hear you Giuseppe! Remember your Heavenly Father KNOWS what you need and when you need it more than you do. He provides for you, not only emotionally, financially, etc. but in this need as well. Until she comes, He is your friend and your help! Ensure you are doing all you can to prepare to be a husband and living according to God’s will for your life in this current season. If that is the case, you can rest assured God will bring her when the time is right. You will look back and thank God it didn’t happen sooner.

It can't be just a coincidence that I heard this message when I needed to hear it most ! I just turned 33 in May, and I know that I have my whole life a head of me ! I trust God's timing with respect to finding my future wife.
I got married when I was 22. We have had 3 kids since then, and I am now 28. Rewarding? Absolutely, 100%. Till death do us apart? Those were the vows we made. Do I think I got married too young? It's too late to look back, but the way things happened, it was definitely passions running high and we decided to marry. Most of the people I went to school with are not married yet.
On another note, I believe the Apostle Paul said that those who marry will "have trouble in the flesh". And "the flesh wars against the Spirit, etc.". These are some of the things I didn't consider before getting married. Enjoy your single time, as hard as it can be (it was for me as well). Thank you for the video Jackie.

I realized that all my worries come when go out into society - when I have a vacation or am outside of home - they disappear cause I leave my "circle" - so when I stay like only me and the Lord - there are no troubles no worries etc.!!! All the timelines are within the social field. So our struggle should be mostly addressed to our social anxieties and care about other people's opinions 🖐️

Your life is NOT a waste. You have gifts and purposes God has entrusted to you to further His Kingdom that WE NEED in the body of Christ. We need you to rise up and be all that God has called you to! Give this dream over to God and let Him be enough for you. Come what may. Be content with Him, because He is more than enough.
You’re right you can’t change yourself, only the one who made you can change you. So spend time with the Lord and surrender your sin with HIS help.

Ok but a lot of people are in sever emotional pain cause of being single. I know i am. Im 43 and i pray daily and ask God to bring my husband he has for me into my life soon. Yes i peay to God for a wonderful soouse but its still painful for me cause hes not here yet i am a single mother my kids are grown now but being a single mother and going thrro motherhood alone was very very painful for me. What i went thro alone in raising my children makes me cry Everytime i think about it. I had postpartum depression after i had my youngest son. The was emotionally excruciating and i didnt have a good husband to rub my back and say its ok baby i got everything, go lay down and relax. I didnt have that at all. And it hurts me so bad. But now i have faith that God will bless me with an awesome spouse and beauty for my ashes. But please understand that waiting is very painful for some people its not easy at all. And if God was enough for all of us then no one would get married. So i dont think your statement is fair or true

thank you for your words of encouragement, I was married for not quite 25 years, when my dear, sweet wife was called home to be with our Dear Lord Jesus. that will be 5 years ago in Sept. since then, I've done well as a single again, much better in fact then before I was married, but still there are lonely moments that I wonder if I will ever meet someone again. My biggest hesitation is the constant drumbeat on social media re the divorce rate even among believers, and how people simply get bored and leave you and take half of everything. It sounds terrible , but this does concern me. please say a prayer, as I would still like to be in a relationship again some day. Lord bless

When I first became a believer I was filled with the holy Spirit and I felt the spirit in me .. totally changed me I Loved it praising the Lord and just felt so good..but after 4 months the feeling left me ..and I totally bummed out ..I believe I did something wrong I didn't understand..but years later I realized the Lord wanted me to walk by faith and not my feelings.. since then my faith has grown a lot ..but I realized God is always watching over me..he showed me..God is so good 👍
I felt sorry I came from hinduism now I'm 31 and single I left almost everything for Jesus and I was so mad at him cause I'm rejecting unbeliever girls and thinking why Is God holding me from getting married then I realised how selfish I am If it is His will He will bless me otherwise I am fine with Jesus 🥺God is good all the time.

Thank God I waited, hoped, wished, and prayed about getting married when most everyone else in America doesn't want to, but I get to watch all of my friends be able to do that. Imagine wanting to do the right thing, hold back your own desires, and having faith it would come one day when most of society would rather sleep around, cheat, divorce, not have kids, and have same-sex attractions, but you get always get benched. You wait over half of your life only to be too exhausted by then to even give it the time it deserves while losing almost all interest in the process. "It's not good for man to be alone." The more things change, the more they always stay the same. It has been so worth it.

@@AmericanFarmerHVAC2024 Just like she said in the video not everyone will be blessed with marriage, the bible talks about how marriage will split your attention from God (1 Cor 4:34), and pray and ask God for confirmation and discernment for your future spouse. Hope this helps, because the closer you are to God (in the Word, seeking His guidance, being obedient, fasting, focusing on your personal relationship with Him)to closer in line you'll be with His purpose for your life which may include a spouse!

Hi Jackie, I just wanted to say thank you so much for this word! It was much needed. For a long time I have idolized marriage but always knew that it could not happen unless I put Jesus first, and sought him first. And He has been pruning me to seek him first and put him first before my daily needs and its been so hard. Honestly I’ve run away from Him because of it more times than I can count. But he has been telling me to trust him, to allow him to love me and care for me as I care for those he has put in my path to take care of before myself. And its been hard to trust that God, the Father does provide and he does protect. So all that to say I am learning. But I really do appreciate what you had to say. Really needed to hear that!
I was there Eileen! I once was so frustrated of waiting I told God “I break up with you” and went back to the drugs men etc. until my sins consequences swallowed me up and I came back to God. It’s never wise to fret against the Lord, I learned that. God is so faithful sister, that He will not bring the right person into your life unless you are ready because you would ruin it and it would ruin you. Trust Him :) He does not fail you! Obedience is better than sacrifice and there is always blessing when we obey Him and trust Him! Walk by faith and not by sight.

It’s true! I wanted to have a wedding! I would look at invitations, colors, venues, etc NOW that I’m not idolizing it, my mom is a minister I’m fine wearing a pair a jeans and a top and get married in the living room! 😂 I told God I want a husband like Aquila and he and I can help others spiritually. Weddings are good to have I was just wanting one for the wrong reason! I know God will give me my husband in His time! I just have to wait and grow spiritually so I will be the wife God says I’m supposed to be!

I am older. I have never been married. But, I totally trust God. This video was one of the BEST youtube videos ever. And I learned and re-learned SO much. She is 100% right. We follow and obey the Lord in ALL things and make HIM our top priority and He takes care of all the rest. We are not to worry about anything and just go about our Father's business. We delight in HIM and live an awesome life (Godly exciting life with suffering, persecution, and endurance) with and in HIM and He does all the rest. If we can't find joy with God alone, we will never find joy with a husband or a wife. True joy comes from the Lord and doesn't depend on singleness or married life or circumstances or situations. 😍

I would agree, there is consequences to sin. However, He doesn’t delight in correcting us, but He loves us enough to correct us. He wishes we would’ve gotten it right a long time ago. He can make up for the time we wasted in sin and when we get it together and walk according to His will, He brings the right person in His timing.

God is gracious! Unfortunately, we live in a very materialistic world. Too many young ladies are told to waste their youth riding the carousel. Then later in their mid-thirties when they're thrown off, they're upset because of what they squandered. This is the trap the enemy of mankind laid for them. He lays a different one for young men but it's still just is terrible.
yep and it creates lots of baggage that can make healthy relationships more challenging. you can end up pushing love away bc of it. purity and self-control are good. guard your heart. do not awaken love before it's ready
I’m turning 25 next year. I guess I’m still young and I got 5 more years til thirty. Anyways, lately I have been feeling anxious and as if god has being putting relationship on my heart in a way I never felt before. I raised Christian and still is ( orthodox ) and I truly love Jesus ( although I have fallen short and did disobey god few times : (.
But I feel like Jesus is more than just a religion he’s more of a long term best friend to me and I always go to him and talk to him daily.

I been focusing all my life on my hobbies, school and learning and still is and I just don’t want to go on dating apps to find a person bc I want to let god be the one choosing ( I actually noticed that I fall in love relatively quickly and that’s why I always reject relationships bc I don’t want it to go through a adultly so I just loved from a far or just a crush )
I felt like god was protecting me all this time bc I do get allot of attention since I look attractive but never really was asked on a date or approached and the ones who approched got scared of my responses 😅lol I guess I can blame that on god for making me the way I am ( somewhat intimmating lol)
But anyhow I just wanted to say that god has his own PLANS for us and everything works according to his plan even the times we mess up it’s part of a story he’s writing.

Firstly @JackieVanTine_, congratulations. When a migraine starts it really is a challenge, even more so due to the stress of pregnancy. Have suffered all my life, the worst time was when I was fighting an infection, took not only a migraine on top of both a stress and tension headache. God brought me through a terrible 2 weeks of all 3 heads at once.

I’m 50 and have been married to three men, all said they were Christian, but were not walking with the Lord. I was selfish and rushing things every time and stepped out of God’s will each time to fulfill my own! That has not worked out well for me at all. The last relationship was the worst and I am still not completely free from the havoc he reigned down on me. I may never be completely free of that, but I have been walking with the Lord very closely lately and have re-proclaimed my life to Him. I have gratitude to my exes for this realization that Yeshua comes first, period, and His will for me will follow! In my singleness I am free to be with the one who loves me more than any mere mortal ever could! And I am taking this opportunity and sitting with patience and peace for what’s to come!

This is what happened with my ex husband.. we were unequally yoked, he kept going back to sin over and over and leading me to sin. That was the only way to make him happy. I tried and I tried to pray for him, to give it all to God. But I prayed for it all, I told God, if we are supposed to get divorced, let it happen to where I could marry again. It happened!!! my marriage fell apart because I didn't know how to not idolize him, I had the wrong idea of marriage. When I truly let go, that's when this man of God showed up and the Lord has shown me through him what marriage is supposed to look like, a truly Godly relationship.
Marriage is not always a blessing from God (Yah). If you marry the wrong person things can end horribly or you might get stuck in a marriage with a narrasst that will abuse you ( physically, emotionally and verbally). I've seen this many times before with my relatives.
