Still a work in progress, but a campaign leveling test went very well with just a pair of Facebreaker gloves from level 28 onward, and SSF gear for all other slots. Can likely do red maps with maybe 10c in gear. Core pieces are Facebreaker, Bringer of Rain, and Tukohama's Fortress. Meginord's Girdle is also very cheap and highly recommended, though if you're tight on res, you can probably get away with a resistance belt instead.

back when i did alot of totems and bringer of rain, you could still put a high int or dex require wep on and bug it via attributes rings/ammy gear to get extra slots for lvling. also works with bringer of rain chest, say a tabby. gems still lvl in it in the old days; not sure if its changed but its always good to lvl/keep gems during league start

hi man, build looks quite insane for the budget! only thing that bothers me a bit is that 1 Stormblast mine seems to apply at least around 100% inc dmg taken to enemies, if you untick it in pob the dps is 47% less TOTAL. Is this the actual dps and 1 mine would only apply +4% dmg taken, or is there something else going on there?

It's not 1 mine, it's a full 15 stack. It's set under the mine count on the left side when you select the skill.
