Great review! I'm still not sure I understand why you and JB are feeling like this card might be superior to the FMA VC (Bonds of Brotherhood), but I can agree that it's a potent card. I mean, isn't having a whole VC slot for whatever buff you want the most potent of all?
I'm pulling this shit. 60% damage cards are so hard to come by. The damage is really noticeable if you're simply using a 10% damage attack VC or a 30% damage VC.
