      Man. I just got back from Tokyo today, and I ate at the "All You Can Eat" Wagyu Beef for 2 hours, for $80.
      That was an amazing experience.

    looks good but wouldnt the gas torch give it a gasy flavor on the grissle?

      I don't remember the steak having a gassy flavor.
      But I think the torching did caused the edges to be a little overdone. The middle was perfect though.
