This video is super helpful! The Grammatico seems suited for styles of music I don't often play but I was able to quickly dial in a bunch of different, beautiful tones using your suggestions and I can see using this amp a lot more in the future. I can see now why everyone was so excited for this amp in the update. Thanks!
Excellent. I just got back from a month in the woods with my FM9. It was awesome! But I’m also very happy to be back in touch with my Stomp. Amazing little device and I hadn’t checked out this amp…so thanks, again! My latest fave is the Matchstick Ch1. Add a Deluxe Comp at the beginning of the chain. Beautiful w chorus, delay and reverb. Depending on genre either Dhyana Drive, Minotaur, or Teemah. Simple. Like a gig rig ready to go. 😊
@@mathew_dale Blissful: yes and no. Northern Vermont… where the flooding was. I was busy enough as it was before the floods. Night time was spent with my FM9. Can’t tell you how much that meant to me.
Via john cordy or my viewing of his channel so much. Derailed ingrid, he is still using the litagator, He has demoed most of the amps in the Helix Realm. John is the MERLIN of the HELIX rhealm. LOL.. On Fractal heck you got the Carol ann tucana, all those 2 rocks, other ODS's, OH and John only just revisited the Grammatico today on his channel. For Fractal one of the best is LEON TODD, he shows how to use those pitch blocks to thicken tones up, it is just amazing, imitates Iron Maiden/boston 2 guitar sounds. These devices are just amazing. And I thought my vox tonelab se was Huge, this stuff is even way more immense, mainly because you have the use of the Computer to navigate on. But JNC, shows how to do it on the Stomp most of the time, he is totally GIG ready. Nice DEMO and TONES by the way, sounds like it is Great in the Room and under the fingers, which is some Newish Slang thang. Chewy is another. LOL.
It would be better to show the HX Edit in Full Screen, it is hard to read in this resolution. Else, a very good tip and, yes, a very good variety of useful tones possible with little storage space. thx
Fractal has A & B settings right? So you can have the Dumble clean on A and place the Dumble OD on B and switch back and forth. I hope thisnmakes sense! Tasty tone nonetheless!!! Great job!❤
Yes, Actually in the current gen there's channels A B C and D, however swapping amp channels produces a small gap in signal. Not super noticeable and still usable, but having the switch within a current amp model prevents the gap.
I had no idea my HX could do this stuff. Thank you!
Sure thing!

Also a great amp model! Both very versatile. A month in the wood with an FM9 sounds blissful!

Nice technique with that Thumb pick finger style. Ever do any Chet Atkins??
Every now and then I'll try to bust out the Chet!

Forgot to say that I'm using the AX-8 ❤️ This amazing piece of gear still totally amazes me how awesome it sounds playing live worship at church!
Yep the Ax-8 still rips!
