this game was the best thing back when i was in class 7 all the boys in my class would show off our bases, townhalls, and stratergies, this game is quite nostalgic, i would even research base layouts on youtube 🤣🤣 i still remeber the clan i was part of, it was some foreign clan i dont know from which country, but they were the freindliest of players, never pressured or insulted if a player lost in the clan wars
my opinion at higher town halls the base takes up all the tiles and less strategy in both base building and attack strats. and the grind gets too much to be worth playing. so eventually felt like a chore and i quit a year or two ago. i forgot what town hall i was but i had just unlocked the pets upgrade for 8 pets instead of 4.

Not gonna lie I’ve played many mobile games through my days, but this is the one I have stuck with because it feels like the perfect blend of skill time effort, but also casual in that you can stop playing her any length of time and come back and still enjoy it and not feel too behind.

Clash of Clans is so good. Top level attacks on tournaments are literally almost perfect and require a lot of strategy and knowledge of the game and how the troops move and interact. I'd say is one of the best esports for mobile and doesnt involve clunky on-screen joystics. If anyone wants to see cool attacks, watch some Queen Walk attacks at tournaments. Its actually really hard to do. With limited time I prefer to spend it on other games, but CoC is actually a really good game.
Its good until th10 where spam attack dont just net you a 3 star, and build time starting to go extreme. Had friends who quit around th10 and 11 cuz they only can spam e drag, even though the fun part of the game is doing queen charge while analyzing the weak point of the base.

You don't need to be maxed out to have fun. That's a self made problem/obsesion with the destination you have. I remember Supercell organized multiple tourneys from different TH from 6 to max that was 13 with big prize pools (more than 25k each tournament). There were literally pro scene for every townhall level and the attacks were insanely good.

I started playing clash the month it came out after the Canadian beta finished. Think that was July 2011 or 2012. Just $5 or so would let me boost my builders regularly during events for a couple months so wasn’t a huge deal. Now it’s so easy to level stuff, they added the 6th builder and with the league point system getting hammers is easy and everything is a lot cheaper than it used to be. You don’t pay for troops or spells anymore and shit cooks way faster. They also don’t try to sell stuff as aggressively as most gatchas and i have 0 issue waiting. Not like i enjoy cup pushing anyways so no need to be max the second a new th comes out

@@Kipplz idk i guess i stopped thinking about that a long time ago. I bought all the builders and i used to buy gems occasionally. Just $5 or so would let me boost my builders regularly during events for a couple months so wasn’t a huge deal. Now it’s so easy to level stuff, they added the 6th builder and with the league point system getting hammers is easy and everything is a lot cheaper than it used to be. You don’t pay for troops or spells anymore and shit cooks way faster. They also don’t try to sell stuff as aggressively as most gatchas and i have 0 issue waiting. Not like i enjoy cup pushing anyways so no need to be max the second a new th comes out

@@mr.smoobly1701 This one's boring as fuck; practically a waiting game. It's one of those games that basically tell you to exit & end your game session and wait until you're no longer grounded. Unless, you bribe with real world currency, as you're suggested to do.
Plenty of other live service games prioritize their free-to-play game-play, (that is not limited to reach for a payment) so you yourself are more willingly inclined to purchase cosmetic and game-play enhancing gear & such.

The free to play progression is fine in the game and people aren't forced to throw out money just to upgrade the base. Play the game and come back. If you still don't like it, then it's not your cup of tea.
