    CQB definitley one of the most interesting/fun parts of any military training imo

    This is so slick. Both the US Marines and Royals are so professional. You can see how they’ve done this time and time again, just so that future combat ops utilising both of them won’t be hampered by different methods. Half the time they don’t even need to speak to each other and it is just second nature. Good luck to anyone that comes up against these fellas.

    i used to to this training too. it's in the infancy though back then. fibua = fighting in build up area. very tiring. especially, at night. :p

    43 use it at sea and at Faslane, and I’m sure 42 use it now with their.new operational role as counter piracy.

      You are right my friend, but still have the SA80 for some operations.

      the L85A2 is still the General Purpose weapon for the Royal Marines

      From 10:17 the view is from the rifle barrel and he is aiming the rifle down as he isn't the point man, and doesn't want to point his rifle at his fellow soldiers.

    Whereabouts in Newcastle is this venue? Does anyone no the costs of using this?

      It doesn't cost anything as it's a British Army training facility and not open to the public
