240 ml water

Maida 500gms
Salt 1tsp
Bk soda 1/4tsp
Ghee or oil 2_3tsp
Add sugar if you are using yeast 250 gms water
Bang the dough In your utensil n grease n let it rest for half an hour .make balls .daugh should be soft .
250 Chana salt bk pd haldi n boil.
1/4 cup oil onion gg paste onion gr chilli paste
Jeera dhania chillies .
Cook n add curd.
Cook add channas.Add 2cips water n cook .Add 4_5gr elaichi .add khushboodar masala javitri laung n jaiphal pd . Adjust salt .
