The staging a burglary to cover bunking school was like something my son and his friends did. They didn't mean to stage anything, but the kid's mom, whose house they had been at, came home sick from work. They went out the basement window to get away. Then they went to a supposed friend's house, of a different kid. He wasn't home and the sliding door was locked, so they forced it open. They spent around midday in the house and made themselves lunch and left when that kid's mom got home. Police checked with the school and found they had all bunked. Caught one of them and he ratted out my son and the other one. They all had to pay for a door and do community service.
