Incredible show. So glad I got to see it in person. The way you can FEEL those cannons at is something that will stay with me forever. And the music stays on my playlist long after the show is gone.
I've just watched the final show from another stream. Like it or not, it's an end of an era.
In the beginning, I was forgiving of the barges…thinking the fountains would eventually work in the day time…but…. In spite of the barges, this is such a beautiful, wonderful show!! It is undescribably moving to hear these Disney songs in the styles of the countries/regions where the stories take place. Chills, feels, tears…all flowing while watching this. Thank you for this final capture!! I do love Epcot Forever as it has music from my first visit ever, so look forward to seeing what you capture of it ☺. The 100 years show should be in place before my next visit.
Sorry to reply to my own comment…but I just needed to add…BEST start and BEST finish videos (the one from when Harmious was just beginning…and this as it wraps). BRAVO!!!
I agree Rick. The barges were amazing for the show, but unfortunately they were just too big of an eyesore during the day. I absolutely love Epcot Forever so I can’t wait to see/film that again! Thank you so much for your kind words Rick, it truly means a lot😊

This show was a double-edged sword...that cut right through the heart.❤ When I start to miss it, I'll just pull this video up on RUclips, go through the "Star Gate", bring out the "tacos", and the tissues.😭 Harmonius will indeed be missed.🌠
Harmonious has no story with the Disney songs illuminations has the story with imagination and discovery and Little spark is the part of Epcot
@@johnmarkfrederick8245 Harmonious still has that core that EPCOT represents which is basically Union. While illuminations does a better job reflecting all of the park's sections, Harmonious was way ahead in its presentation with spectacle that's more geared towards new visitors of the park which is what Disneyworld is aiming to increase. but alas, angry residents won.
Will certainly miss this show. Other than the barges in the daytime, this show is perfect. The music choices are very similar to HEA (which is partially why I love it so much), but the adaptation of the songs in the native languages is moving and fits the idea of EPCOT and World Showcase. "Someday" as a finale song and the design of the finale itself was always memorizing, no matter how many times I saw it. The message of Harmonious also fit EPCOT perfectly and used some elements from Illuminations..."“You raise your voice and it’s enough to lift the human spirit. Set the song inside you soaring, and the whole wide world will hear it.”

I love so much how Harmonious hi lighted the world showcase with Disney songs. So beautiful and that ending just blows me away every time. So glad I got to see this in real life during the 50th

Disney songs has slayed Harmonious and with the message of illuminations you rise your voice its enough to lift human spirit and the song soaring and Let whole wide world will hear it

Liz, I hope they move some of The barges over to Animal Kingdom like you said would be a good idea in a previous video’s comments…if they could use the fountains, projections, lasers over there for the nighttime show, it could be something!! But keep in mind that it might mess up one of the iconic views of Expedition Everest (where the small shrine matches the shapes of hte mountain peaks)…that would be a big reason many (including me) would not want them over there.
@@rwbashaw66 I'm innocent of view killing. You know across where the people sit in the stands - have the stargate & maybe throw in 2 tacos ACROSS from the people - it's back would be to the trees. I don't think that would affect anything. i'll remind you i have no real measurement of that gigantic thing so maybe only the stargate would work. (??) It depends on placement. as does most things in life.
Haha yes, so technically 2 fireworks shows in one video! I feel like the taco barges wouldn’t mess up the views of Everest if they were relocated to AK. The ring barge would be an eyesore no matter what, so that one probably won’t survive but we’ll see lol

Say what you will about the barges, but this is objectively one of, if not the best shows Disney has ever put on.

Reading the other comments, I'm in the minority here. EPCOT is supposed to be a futuristic technology and culture based park with different countries of the world representing communities in the park.
This new fireworks show is completely and 100% Disney based and doesn't have anything relating to EPCOT but instead focuses solely on Disney movies and songs. The previous fireworks show, Illuminations: Reflections of Earth, was a futuristic show that was incredible and celebrated world cultures and technologies. This new show only has what seems to be half the actual fireworks than the former show and in my honest opinion, is kind of boring. There's no story behind it. This new show just doesn't do it for me.
is not boring Harmonious did played Disney movies and songs that bring illuminations together with celebration and Cultures and Languages of many countries Steve Davison wants to bring illuminations together not just Disney songs is about reflecting around Epcot

illuminations has great music in Harmonious not the Disney songs Just in general it will made bring back Epcot Forever they will bring back illuminations until next year for 2024
