It seems you used reworked station but even at that, you have to use your multimeter to do some tracing. Maxfone panel is very light and once the mic has been affected, I don't too muchly suffer myself rather I will recommend the customer to do panel replacement, to save time
I have used different charging port it didn't work well on Maxfone m28 and sometimes it affect the mouthpiece ,why .
