“King Kong” The Musical: Truly a Wonder

Wow. Just wow. King Kong comes to life at the Broadway Theater (Officially opening soon). The magic of Kong and the set coupled with the strength of Christiani Pitts as Anne Darrow make this show worth seeing. Many say that Kong doesn't fit on Broadway, it has had a long storied path of getting here but when Kong stands at the front of the stage and beats his chest you know it's finally here!

Kong sounds a bit like “Spider-man Turn off the Dark” where there’s a heavy technical spectacle, but the songs and plot are a bit like thin gravy. Hoping they can make the necessary changes.

I think that it has some small aspect of that but in my opinion the music and the story is better in Kong then in Spiderman. We are hoping that they can as well!
