On 11/1 I removed Halloween decorations, then replaced same day with Thanksgiving. Weekend after Thanksgiving, family project to put Christmas decorations inside and out. Loved your comment at the beginning about Thanksgiving. Made me smile😍

I do not know about anyone else but for some reason Ella in this video made me super emotional 😭 She is growing so much.. they all are but I see her features changing and it's like wow.. I took my Halloween decorations down Halloween night! I am going to put Fall decor back out until the weekend after Thanksgiving. That's when we usually put our tree up and decorate with our kiddos. We do however have our holiday lights up as we paid for a service to hang them.
I cannot take the cuteness of the girls helping you!! Ella so wants to be just like mommy!! And, Everly wants to be just like her big sister - Too cute

My favorite part of Christmas decorating videos is the “unboxing”! Seeing it all come out of the totes for the first time and hearing your thoughts about your favorite pieces and how you decide to display them. The final house tour is always so cozy and fun too!

We don’t do Halloween so we have fall decorations up. Then I had some Thanksgiving touches for November. It all comes down on Black Friday and I decorate for Christmas! 🎄🥰

My Halloween stuff is down. Also, As much as I LOVE Christmas, I can’t decorate too early or I get tired of seeing the decor before Christmas even hits. I try to do it the middle of November, So it’s up for like one month and half . I do get my tree the first week of December because I get a real one , and it would dry up if we get it too early. 🌲🎄⛄️
I get that! I miss having a real tree. The smell is the best.
I don't decorate for Halloween, just FALL, and my fall decor stays up til day after thanksgiving cause we host and it just adds to the ambiance!! I LOVE Christmas but I hold off and leave it up longer :)

I have fall and Halloween stuff all over my living room waiting to be packed up. I decorate for Thanksgiving. Some of my fall decor is used too. I have family coming for Thanksgiving so I have to get busy packing lol. I do Christmas December 1st.

We keep up the fall decor until Thxgiving and then Xmas takes over. We typically decorate minimally for Halloween and I make a conscious choice to buy mostly fall decor (yay for one more month of use!)

I laughed when it was time to take the stuff to the basement. There was Tiff with a load and then Chris, Chris, Chris, Chris! We keep our stuff in the basement and it is so heavy to bring up/down stairs that if I want to start decorating and my Hubby isn't home I will just bring up handfuls at a time versus lift the heavy tub. It drives my Hubby crazy. I just could really relate to that scene bringing it all down stairs. We decorate and undecorate they got the heavy lifting! 😊
I completely understand about expectations for special occasions! We had intended to do a family costume , and I just completely failed at getting it ready and finding everything... But my 5 year old and his baby brother still had an amazing time, even if things didn't go exactly how I pictured it! I feel like I have so much going through my mind at any given time and it's SO hard to keep up with it all! The important thing is our kids were happy and had fun, and they won't remember the silly things that we sometimes worry and obsess over 😅💕
The girls were on point with helping take down Halloween! So cute and very helpful! Evi took the pillow case off and kinda did a quick fold…shoved it in the tub and done! So funny!🤣🤣🤣

I decorated on November 1st for Christmas. I have a ton of thanksgiving decorations but feel just sticking to christmas will give me more time to enjoy my little kids who are 8 and 3. 🎄 🎅 😇
I have that drying rack and I spray it down with peroxide every couple of days. It works great and it’s not a harsh chemical.
That works great, I do that sometimes or I use aunt Fannies cleaning vinegar ❤ I think that’s what it’s called lol

My husband was really sick on Halloween so I took the kiddos to my parents and we had a blast! It didn’t go as planned but we just went with it and it was fine ❤ and I didn’t get hardly any pics lmao😅
I didn't decorate for Halloween, I'm in nursing school so I just don't have the energy for that. BUT I've got our big tree up and I plan to put up our others and decorate throughout the rest of November. I enjoy the simplicity ❤

Halloween down , left some things up that i felt could transfer to thanksgiving / fall .
We took out the halloween down n left the fall decore out for Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving weekend we set up for Christmas 🎄
I took down everything today, and rage cleaned. I’m currently on the couch resting my entire body. But, wanted everything clean before fall decor. I had so much Halloween decor, I actually didn’t mix it with Fall decor, so this month, I’m full on Fall. I would totally do Christmas but my husband is super traditional still and likes it up the weekend after Thanksgiving. I love watching all the Christmas decor videos though, so much inspo!

I took down Halloween yesterday and put up fall. For the first time I decorated straight into Halloween instead of decorating for fall, pulling that down, decorating for Halloween, then taking that down and going back to fall. I don’t start decorating for Fall until after Thanksgiving as we host for the family.

I'm team neither candy corn nor black licorice 😄 but if I had to eat one I'd easily choose the candy corn. I took down my Halloween decorations the day after also, but I didn't have all the wonderful little helpers - I have all boys and they have no interest in decorating or cleaning unfortunately for me.
