Detailed video on the fonts & sizes of this & also, did you have to 'mirror' the font before printing these using Cricut on the foil vinyl?
We will do a detailed video on fonts and sizes very soon and no we did not mirror the font.
What pressure did you use for the blade cutting on the cricuit design?

We had the setting on vinyl. Be sure to use a new blade.

Hey Judith, the small word font was arial rounded mt bold (11pt).
Please go more into detail about how to put your wording and design space I am struggling

Plates?
We ordered the names from a shop on ETSY. It should not be hard to DIY if you have a Circuit. You would just have to make sure to get a blade that can cut acrylic. I will try making a video soon that will show how you can DIY them.

Do you have to use a certain pen to cut the foil for the cricut?
No we just used a new blade.
Did you use foil or vynil? Also uou said cut it, does thst mean cut the foil?
We used vinyl. What part are you referring to when you asked about us saying cut it?

We plan to make another video to show how to design in circuit space really soon. Tips: use a bigger font. Try to make sure the letters in the font have a little space between them. Also, use a new blade. We hope these tips help.

Hey Rickeyada, the small word font was arial rounded mt bold (11pt). The fonts for 'Menu' and the subtitles were custom fonts that we downloaded.

Did you ever get to making a video of how you made the lettering with cricut?
No we didn't but we will be making one this month. We did use a custom font for this project but in the upcomimg video we will talk about how to choose your font.
What size acrylic sheet did you use?
They were 4x6. There is a link in the description box if you want to purchase the same ones.
So I am so stuck my words don't stay once it cuts and I try to peel the vinyl everything comes up. What am I doing wrong
Try using a bigger font and a new blade. Also, do not skip the step at 3:54. That step is really important when making sure the words don't come up. Be sure to go slow when you peel the vinyl. If you see any letters coming up lay the vinyl back down and repeat 3:54 on the word/letters coming up. We hope this helps.
I'm using Premium Vinyl & fine cut w/a new blade. It's cutting too hard. What am I doing wrong? How can I fix?
Try going down to the lowest setting which is paper and see if that helps.

Try changing to a fresh blade and see if that helps.

How long did this take?
It took a few hours because we had to let the paint dry and the Cricut had to cut each one. It goes faster when you cut two at a time.
What size Font ?
I put the blade cut on less & it still cut too much. Even tho I peeled words b4 but w/this project.. All My words didn't peel right so I gave up for the moment
I got the perfect font too just playing around w/it but the letters didn't pull off right🥹
@@keyawright6736 be sure to use a fresh blade. We had that problem but it was better with a new blade. Also use your picker tool for stubborn letters and pull the extra vinyl off slowly.

Knife and spoon go on the right and the knife blade needs to face the plate. Just some advice from a professional event planner
