I recently developed hip pain in external rotation and I’m not sure why, but here’s a couple things I’m doing: 1. squatting heavy, but I never really had this problem before when squatting heavy. I would do 345x8 with no problem but now I can feel it under 315 2. Stretching more often and pushing to do the splits. Not sure if this is causing hip pain but it might relate 3. Doing more hip strengthening exercises. Should I stop these? Thanks
Im doing Egoscue, but stopped because my left hip flexor has bouts of pain midway through external rotation. Through your video I'm reminded that it's about my entire body. Thank you, I will continue where I left off with my current program
I like your approach ❤ I think this is exactly what I needed to hear, to start figuring out where my issue stems from. Thank you! ❤
You’re very welcome. Glad you enjoyed the video!
