I love the art on that tree of life deck so much. I also recently got the Great Work Book by Numinous press so I'm excited to do some Tree of life studying.
I had high hopes for the Sacred Web. I feel like they could have done a better job tho. With it being so similar to Wild Unknown they really needed to improve on this.
Thank you so much for spotlighting the Story Oracle - I wouldn't' have known about it otherwise. I love decks like this that work well narratively but are also highly effective predictively. I can't wait to get my hands on it!
Lisa, I too bought The Wild Unknown Pocket Animal deck from Book Outlet in Canada and all my cards are fine with none cut off or ruined in any way. Book Outlet does take returns. If you like the cards enough, it may be worth emailing them about the issue and see what they suggest.
I'd get in touch with the publisher and see if they'll send you a new earthworm card. You may find yourself wanting the complete deck in the future. I'm going to try pairing my Tree of Life Oracle with the Zillich Tarot in a tin, as it's Thoth-ish and the colors I think will work together incredibly well. The suit symbols added in actually ruin the Walking Meditation Tarot for me. They just look so out of place and fake to me. For the Witching Hour Oracle, it's also Waxing, Full, Waning moons too. For the mini Tarot of Oneness guidebook you don't get the info on the symbols. But in the book she offers a pdf of the full sized guidebook if you email her.
Thank you so much Lisa for sharing your love for all the decks but especially Astral Mermaid and Walking Meditation Tarot , I truly appreciate the love and support 💞 Much love to you xoxoxo ( and isnt Robyn’s new mini deck the CUTEST?!? and it is the same stock 350GSM for both large and mini deck :)
I had to completely modify the Sacred Web… I repacked it and edged it. The system completely threw me off but after working with it now for a few months it became one of my faves especially when reading for myself!
I love the Wild Unknown in a tin...so much so that that's the only version I own now. I guess I should probably get the Animal Spirit in a tin, too, huh? But only with a correctly trimmed Earthworm. 😂 Tree of Life is solidly on my wishlist now. ❤
I have that Patrick V deck & I do use playing cars to add to readings. I havent used this one, but now I will seeing this. I definitely see value in the imagery to the sayings. I would interpret with intuition & I can see me do this easily with this deck & wouldnt read reversals with it. 💛 thank yoi
i'm so glad that you realized that they are 3 of the same moon from the witching hour oracle to represent the maiden, mother and crone. I was screaming at my computer lol wanting you to notice 😂 i love your longer videos.
Fizzers! I also have thistledown still unopened on my bookcase plus I ordered mini OAT as a bundle to have full set of three tress decks(didn’t get a goodie bag though😊)
😱😱😱 a mini Tarot of Oneness!!! That’s one of my favorites as well. Crap and I just ordered The Lightseers in a tin for my travel deck (also a favorite). Well I guess I need to spend more money lol.
Love David Wells, will be looking at the Tree of Life Oracle for sure. He is a medium/astrologer that used to be on the show Most Haunted back in the early 2000s. I bought his book Qabalah Made Easy few years ago but haven't read it yet.
I don't know anything specific about the sacred web tarot and that empress card, but I do know that female cows can have horns (if that is the reason you were thinking it was a bull). The presence of horns has to do with the breed of cow rather than the sex of the cow.
Decks that I want to add to my collection after watching this video: The Tree of Life Oracle, the Celtic Dragon Tarot, Sacred Threads Oracle, and the Tarot of Oneness Mini! Already have The Walking Meditation tarot and the Witching Hour Oracle.
Hi Lisa love your channel just wanted to say I got my animal spirit in a tin from book outlet too . All my cards are ok you should send it back and get a replacement if you can 👍🏻
Very gorgeous decks, but I'm particularly in love with that Walking Meditation Tarot! I have to keep reminding myself I shouldn't get more decks until I get more shelf space lmao
Thank you again for a fun video! It’s funny that you say you’re a tarot purist but if you research the history of the suits, you will see that swords were traditionally fire and wands air. 😋 Waite has been so influential that many of us think his way is the “traditional” way when in fact, his tarot is relatively young in comparison to the centuries that came before…
Hi, I’ve just seen that there is a newly published ‘witching hour oracle’ by Lorraine Anderson( from SOW series,)I think I would prefer this one I would not have seen this without checking out your profiled deck... so thankyou! I also have the PatricValenza deck which I love. ( also have Velouria so again thanks for letting us know about this fab deck when reviewing the indie Penelope’s deck)
As far as the Celtic Dragon deck....I see wands being more air, just because you wave them around, and swords being more fire because of how you forge them!
This was great! I also grabbed "The Sacred Web Tarot" it was $6.36, so how could I not ? It's back up to $20.00 now.(Amazon) . I like it pretty well. It's different for sure. Except the card stock is not so great. I've also got regular and mini copies of the "Wild Unknown" and the "Animal Spirit" decks. I have the standard "Light Seer's". I don't think I'll get the mini, but I love those decks in tins. We'll see. I'm currently waiting for the "Rusted Fortune Tarot" . I ordered that after seeing it on your hot takes. Can't wait. 🤗 being an oldie but goodie myself, I love all the retro kitsch. Good company while I had my breakfast and tea. Oh, I'm not usually one for minimalist decks, but one I love is the "Everyday Tarot" mini.
Ok, A….your nail polish is stunning! Mooncat? B…I’m just loving all the minis in your collection. And 3… so happy to see The Story Oracle and in action. I’d like to see that in member readings if possible. Thank you, as always for being you.
15:32 Asherah Tarot by Sarah Wheatley? If so it's been on my WL for ages (mostly bc I can't decide what size but leaning towards poker size if the artwork doesn’t seem affected compared to the tarot size)
I love that you call The Light Seers your work horse deck. I totally get that. It's my baseline deck instead of RWS and it always gives such a clear & reliable reading. I'm interested to know if you ever pair any oracle or other tarot decks with it? Thanks :)
Always so happy when I see you posted another video, Lisa - they are so much fun and I always learn something new 🥰Thanks for sharing all of these lovely decks! 😊🙌
A number of years ago when I started my tarot journey I bought the Celtic Tarot thinking it was a dragon tarot... it is in a way, but it's really the penis tarot which was a surprise since you don't really know that from the listing. It is in the box (I always make bags but couldn't be bothered) in the back of a drawer and I always forget about it until I see someone mention it or the Celtic Dragon Tarot. All that to say thanks for mentioning the Celtic Dragon Tarot, I think I'm going to buy it now
Yep Akashic Record is a keyword for Memory hehe. I’m so glad you enjoy my deck! Also the Astral Mermaid fell into my cart, I don’t know how that happened! 😊
Celtic Dragon was my 2nd deck after trad RWS like 30yrs ago😂 I loved it but later disliked her associations. May have to get one just for sentimentality❤
I have a lot of conflicting feelings on the Tree of Life Oracle. On one hand, I love how accessible it is and the art is amazing. I also love how it is structured and the amount of ground it covers in an oracle deck. With that being said, I don't like that the major arcana are the titles for the path cards; I feel like it restricts the meaning of the paths to the major arcana. The creator probably elaborates in the guidebook, but I feel like it would have been more broad if the Hebrew letters were the associations instead of the majors. To me, that would feel more authentic to what the Tree of Life actually is instead of boxing it in around the associations of the tarot.
I think he does and mentions its simplified, or the book would be much longer and more involved. I think it's a good entry level way of doing it, as a noob myself 😊
It’s funny when you commented on The Sacred Web Tarot you said “I am not at all DOGGING on this deck” as you flipped the (V) of something with a dog pictured on the card… perfection 27:47
I bought the Pocket Animal Spirit deck a couple weeks ago and I’ve been using it for the last week, but I never flipped through them until you mentioned your card being chopped off. 😂
Others have already addressed the female/cow/horns question, but your comment made me kind of wish it was a bull! We see female/female-presenting figures in traditionally male. male-presenting cards in the tarot frequently, but rarely the opposite.
I’m hoping someone else explained it to you… but then I thought what if no one did so I just wanted to say when the video was taken you can tell you didn’t read the guidebook because it doesn’t read like a rider Waite …. Each and everything on each card means something… and you look in the correspondences in the back they have astrology houses, colors that appear on the cards like the blue circle on the bird head That means something you look up what bird means what blue means the number of the card that aligns with an astrology house… they have all objects and animals in the correspondences…. And the majors have the mudras and so much more!!!! It’s a deck where you won’t pick up everything intuitively … you might after using the deck long enough and remembering what all the animals colors objects etc mean….but it’s a pull your cards and then read the cards in the guidebook and then go deeper with the correspondences! I just had to let you know because I could tell you didn’t read the guidebook because of what you were saying. Anyways much love🐞 💕 love your videos and love your big collection 😍 and also love that you are a fellow Canadian from BC 🥰💓 Cheers 🦄!!
I totally never understood or really liked the Wild Unknown until I got a wild hair and bought it in a tin....LOVE IT! Also, Lisa, you may have made me buy Velouria's Tarot. And while I was there, her Sweet Forager's Tarot, because, why not! 😂 Oh, and I funded the Ink Witch kickstarter 😳 Lord, I have zero willpower!
I read the Patrick Valenza Transformational Playing cards, this isn’t a new thing, transformational playing cards have a long history and they considered cartomancy cards. I’m surprised that Dani Mystic hasn’t be exposed to them as Playing Cards divination.
Just being funny: Canada goose is the common name for the species Branta canadensis. So, it is correct to call this bird “Canada goose” and not correct to call it “Canadian goose.” A Canadian goose could be any goose from Canada 🇨🇦 😂
Is it my version of this video or is the sound faster and higher?!? Lisa sounds her happy self but sounds like she is on speed … which is NOT her…Don’t know how to fix it.. thanx ! This was NOT to be rude fyi so don’t witch hunt me plzz….
No offense taken! I AM a fast talker but just in case you're watching on a faster speed, check the 'gear' icon on the video and check to make sure the playback speed is set to 'normal' because it may be accidentally set to a higher speed on your end. If not - it's literally just me talking faster than usual, in which case... oops!
I kind of like the earthworm misprint because earthworms can regenerate when bits of them get cut off.
Some female cows have horns. It's the type of cow that determines horns, not gender.
Like the highland coo
Came to say the same
Or horns are removed from female cows when they are young, especially dairy cows.
@@biophiliagreen 😮😮😮😮😮😮
OMG THANK YOU!!!
You should totally ask for a replacement card for Earthworm!!!
I love the art on that tree of life deck so much. I also recently got the Great Work Book by Numinous press so I'm excited to do some Tree of life studying.
Empress card in the Sacred Web is representing Venus which rules Taurus, hence the planet above the head of the bull.
I had high hopes for the Sacred Web. I feel like they could have done a better job tho. With it being so similar to Wild Unknown they really needed to improve on this.
I like it better than TWU (aside that the cardstock sucks but the $7 I paid more than adequate)
@@steffymuze glad it works for you. A lot of the cards just don't work for me.
Thank you so much for spotlighting the Story Oracle - I wouldn't' have known about it otherwise. I love decks like this that work well narratively but are also highly effective predictively. I can't wait to get my hands on it!

You got some awesome decks Lisa! Thank you for sharing all the eye candy....LOL

Tree of Life w/ Zillich, yes, I'll have to try that 😊 my Zillich needs more love

I got it in the Hay House sub box and love it ❤ I thought his name was familiar!
lol it sounds like the earthworm card was telling you it was out of balance and to speak up and get a new one.
I don't know anything specific about the sacred web tarot and that empress card, but I do know that female cows can have horns (if that is the reason you were thinking it was a bull). The presence of horns has to do with the breed of cow rather than the sex of the cow.
I love that this video is long. I never knew about hay house and the decks are so cheap. So thank you for all your info 🥰
Decks that I want to add to my collection after watching this video: The Tree of Life Oracle, the Celtic Dragon Tarot, Sacred Threads Oracle, and the Tarot of Oneness Mini! Already have The Walking Meditation tarot and the Witching Hour Oracle.

how have I had and used the Tarot of Oneness for 5 months and not noticed two versions of the lovers?

Hello 👋🤗
Hiiiii!
The diving bird in the Sacred Web looks like a loon.
