It is important to protect your eye from the glare. I choose these as i liked the look of them. I like that they are very well suited to a more active lifestyle.
Everyone has different preferences but i like the look of these on me, you may have different poions and everyone is entitled to them.
What i want is
A: good quality so it does not break
B: good protection for eye
C: stay on my head
D: has to look good !
There great, but for some people they might be a little too tight or uncomfortable, i play to get another pair of glasses soon, more stylish or not so in your face.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response it is described as a pleasurable tingling sensation that can be felt most commonly in the back of the scalp and down the spine but not limited to these area's.
I try to describe ASMR experience to people using something common like visiting a hairdresser, do you find the experience of someone focusing on you, the gentle touching of your hair, the sound of the scissors moving around you relaxing?
That would be a relaxing experience, watching ASMR video is like recreating that type of experience.
I believe most people can experience ASMR, to experience ASMR you need to find your trigger, common triggers:

I had the same style, but with ballistic lenses. Had black, clear, and Amber colors. Wore them through both tours in Iraq and Afghanistan....really awesome eye protection.

I have the exact same ones that I use for fishing since I'm always on my boat and the sun can really hurt your eyes out there. These were soo worth the money imo. I would recommend straps too especially when around water

Tip when you clean your glasses: Hold them at the nose piece. You can break them if you hold the ear piece. Great video as always.
Never hold glasses by the middle when cleaning them as it's a very weak spot and likely to snap over time. Hold the outside of the other lens. :)

Dmitri, myself i have pretty bad migraine's time to time and my eyes tend to get tired really easily. I spend about 3-6 hours in front of a computer screen a day. I have been thinking of buying a pare of glasses to help me. What glasses would you recommend for me?
try downloading a free programme called f.lux it turns the light on your computer screen to warmer yellow tones which is not as harsh on your eyes as the normal blue light. It is meant to make it less stressful on your eyes when using your computer at night but it may help you.

they're certain glasses that will cut out the glare of a screen, they're really handy for people who are sensitive to the computer screen for too long, and especially I know people who have concussions, and it helps them do their office work better!
