Diolch yn fawr 🥰. . Loving your videos. Love that people around the world can learn about our rich & beautiful country/country peoples. Translating welsh can be very hard, even experienced first language welsh people can struggle with it. Modern gender types for example. I've tried so hard to find a word for people or person🤣 . I think you're doing very well and if I ever tell you about a word please bare in mind, I'm autistic so it's my love language to help you. daliwch ati, rydych chi'n gwneud cymaint o dda i cymru.
Also you may enjoy mhara starlings youtube channel for welsh mythology and language 🖤🏴 (please delete when you see this so im not stepping on your toes please, it's for you, not her that I suggest this) 🖤🏴🖤🏴🖤
Thanks :) Stay tuned for Tuesday's new video. In a way, it's kind of a love letter to me working through some thoughts on my own disabilities. No offense taken at comments about pronunciation or anything. I just have a good boundary set with myself which is to focus on recognizing that my family wasn't allowed to learn Welsh and that I haven't had the resources to start learning until recently, so I'm gonna be tuning out most corrections because I know I'll get to them in my own time. Sending positive energy and thanks for your support!
@@GenealCymru it wasn't allowed here either, you have to go to a welsh school to be taught fluently In Wales, they required a recommendation from a current students family back when I was young. The welsh not ruined alot of things for us all, you'll cover that though won't you :) . Just know we will heal what's been done and come out stronger. We are the dragon Lords 🏴🖤. Much love to you x
My father Luke Davis once told me that our family last name came from Wells. It started out O'Davies and was filtered down to the name Davis. I have been trying to find more about our ancestry countrymen.
You have a beautiful calming voice. Learned valuable information. Thanks
Awe thanks! That's really kind of you. Glad you're enjoying the videos :)
Great videos ! I love learning about my paternal grandmothers history.
❤🇨🇦❤
Thanks! Glad you're enjoying!
Oh, very nice tips for dealing with Welsh articles, something I've dodged until now. Will have to revisit after watching this👍
Yes! You can do it!

I haven't heard of O'Davis before. It would be really interesting to trace it back to its origins.
👏👏👏
Hello Dai, At 9:50 do you mean 'Cofiant' ? as Cofiant means 'in memory' as in in memory of someone who died, in remembrance. Diolch am yr fideo 😊
Hey, yes, you're absolutely right. That mistake is how I remember that word now haha. Thanks for the comment!
