From an historic and tactical point of view Israel should never have given up the Sinai and the Gaza Strip to the Egyptian in 1973 and neither given up West Bank to Jordan, that way they would have avoided all these obvious problems they are currently facing, were a tactical military strategic from the arabs is now seeing from the world as an humanitarian problem. That's why when USA included Texas as a new State, all Texas and all people living in Texas were part of the new Sate and they didn't let settlement of Mexicans that eventually could be named "whatever name" for later request to fragment the country creating a humanitarian crisis requesting the creation of a new state, same thing with natives Indians, etc. If people with other beliefs or backgrounds start requesting to create a new political state withing your own country, then your country has it's day counted. In 1964 Yasser Arafat used the name Palestinian to name de arabs Egyptian living in Gaza and the arabs Jordans living in the West Bank (that's why is called the West because it's the West of Jordan), fact that was proven in all differents version of the well documented war of the 6 days in 1967. After Israel won back those lands in the 6 days war, then in 1973 Israel decide to gives up the Sinai (including Gaza) to Egypt in an agreement for peace and also Israel give up the West Bank to Jordan in exchange for peace. After that the arabs countries followed Yasser Arafat tactics using the term Palestinian to describe the Egyptians and Jordans living in Israel as well those arabs living in the Gaza strip and the West Bank as an strategic plan to eventually conquer Israel.
From an historic and tactical point of view Israel should never have given up the Sinai and the Gaza Strip to the Egyptian in 1973 and neither given up West Bank to Jordan, that way they would have avoided all these obvious problems they are currently facing, were a tactical military strategic from the arabs is now seeing from the world as an humanitarian problem.
That's why when USA included Texas as a new State, all Texas and all people living in Texas were part of the new Sate and they didn't let settlement of Mexicans that eventually could be named "whatever name" for later request to fragment the country creating a humanitarian crisis requesting the creation of a new state, same thing with natives Indians, etc.
If people with other beliefs or backgrounds start requesting to create a new political state withing your own country, then your country has it's day counted. As the Bible says: "a house divided will not prevail".
Those Egyptian and Jordans decendents (now called Palestinian) deserve a better future, they should consider to follow and claim their rights in the capital of the country of their ancestors El Cairo, Egypt or in Amman, Jordan (in fact note that the flag they created for them is a copy of the Jordan flag). Tit for tat murders from both sides, British Army heavy handed tactics, destruction everywhere with bombing in the north of Ireland but also many bombings in England and even British Army bases in Germany being attacked and also British M15 coordinated bombings with loyalist paramilitaries in the Republic of Ireland too. So this period of the Troubles started 400 years after the settler plantations in Ireland. Even today with "peace" in the north of Ireland the two communities have to be separated with large walls and they practically never live side by side.
